      Worst trash company in the area bar NONE, none of my neighbors (who were all smart enough to dump Kimble) have these issues, so their constant excuse "It's the nationwide driver shortage" is just another of their frequent lies. They are virtually always 1 or 2 days late, I have trash cans sitting at my curb half the week because you never know when they will decide to actually do the job you pay them for. The worst is their so called "recycling service", it's supposed to be every two weeks but they only pick it up when they feel like it, usually they just drive by and lie that the can wasn't out, when you call customer service you get nothing but rude excuses. How this horror of a company is still in business is beyond me?

We reviewed your account and see that there has been no communication with Kimble since June 2022 regarding service issues you are stating in the review until October 5, 2023. We have attempted on a couple occasions to contact you regarding the comment without success. We have closed your account and will be removing the Kimble carts as soon as possible.       Kimble, you once again astonish with your utter lack of customer service; a customer places a well-deserved negative review on BBB and your response is to close their account out of spite? I can only assume (from the slew of negative reviews here) that the check of mine they cashed last week won't be reimbursed; even though I'm quite upset with Kimble stealing my money, it will be a relief not having to deal with them anymore.

      Customer Service is a joke, nice people but no follow through. When a pick up is missed, you are continually told that they will be out the next day but they never show. Unfortunately the City limits our options. Calling them next to log a complaint.

      They SUCK that's all I can say period. They never come on the day they suppose to come. The same sorry excuse when you call them (sorry were under staff) there done.

      Can't pickup trash on designated day. Unreasonable requirements for trash pickup. Dust must be bagged! I live on a farm we specialize in dust.

      What is continually a nationwide lack of drivers in the industry, unfortunately routes are delayed.       Our normal pick-up was Tuesday the 4th of July, so it was already delayed by 1 day for the holiday, our trash was put out on Wed. at 4am (have on security cams) but yet here it is Friday at almost 4pm and it is still sitting outside piling up more trash for animals to rip up. They have been called twice!! They had it marked as picked up, it was NOT, we have the camera proof it was out on time, just some lazy driver not wanting to do it and mark it off like we wouldn't say anything or they would try to say it wasn't out on time!! They rescheduled for Thursday, it wasn't picked up then, and here it is Friday after calling for a second time and now talking about doubling up next week!!! NO!!!! We pay for WEEKLY trash pickup not BI-WEEKLY!!! I do not want to store trash for another week and double up!! If they want to do bi-weekly then they better give us 2 hoppers and a cheaper bill!!! We have been customer's for over 23 years (*** and now Kimble), this is by far the worst it has ever been!! I would think if you made a mistake you would make sure someone made a special trip at the end of their shift to pick this trash up, very poor customer service!!

      Almost every week we put extra trash cans down with our Kimble trash can and have for over 20 years! On June 2,23 our driver took my extra trash cans. We reported it to Kimble online and after 2 weeks with no response, I called them. I was told Kimble wasn’t responsible for personal cans at the curb. I take that to mean if they would run over them or damage them in someway, they weren’t responsible, when the driver physically takes our trash cans, who should be responsible? Your rep called me back after speaking with dispatch to let me know “ our driver said he didn’t pick up any extra cans” so you basically said he said he didn’t so I guess that meant I was lying. That the trash cans I set at the curb with trash in them just vanished, trash and all! As a company I would expect better than a “not responsible” In the time I have been with you we have spent north of $7000, and you blew me off with a “not responsible!”

      Terrible! Late! I have 3 30 gallon trash bags in my plan. I usually set out more, sometimes a lot more. They charge extra, which is fine. This time, they were a day late and I had extra trash and they only took the 3 30 gallon bags and left the rest. Then I had a mess to clean up! When I call the told me to call ahead next time but I’ve been doing this for years. They are terrible!

      Kimble has not picked up my trash for 4 weeks I have no where to put more. I understand the weather may have negative view of the service but a month with of trash still here is too much. have run out of storage / cans. I am charged extra for you to come up drive way rather than me puttig it on curb. beeen that way since we started with you. I FEEL YOU OWE ME A MONTH'S WORTH OF SERVICE THERE ARE NOW 3 FULL TRASH CAN FULL. NOT AT ALL SATISFIED. PLEASE LET KEITH KNOW. I SOLD HIM FORD RATOR PICKUP TRUCKS
