      I was told I was getting a one-year agreement and had one mailed. The signed one, sent by my representative Ashley ******* indicated 3 years. The pickup is sketchy at best. Sometimes they pick up once a month. Sometimes every 3-4 weeks. I have told them this puts them in breach of contract and I wanted service discontinued. I cannot get ANYONE at the company, including Ashley *******, to call back despite many emails and phone messages.
      DO NOT USE KIMBLE FOR YOUR SMALL BUSINESS! I will be filing a breach of contact lawsuit against them.

      Late. We usually don't mind a day or so, but what prompts this is 2 weeks ago they came 9 hrs early. We didn't have trash out. I called and was told nothing they could do. Last week 1 day late, this week 2 days later so far. How in the world did they came do early that week??!!??

      I pay 57.00 per month for trash service, Kimbel never picks it up, I call and ask why, they say later today, they picked up everyone's on my street, they say can't be, it's scheduled for later today, I say NO everyone else got picked up today, they tell me no it was not, why would I lie, I hate Kimble and am looking for another trash service, I hate my money being taken for nothing! Unlike Kimble, I work hard fory money and do not like giving it away

      This is gonna be like all the rest of the reviews but I gotta put it on here. I don't care how many people recommend Kimble for trash service, whatever you do, do NOT hire them. They are awful. They never pick up on time, I've been skipped several times, and never been late with a payment. I don't know why they're so short staffed, if it's because of covid, or people just don't want to work, like everywhere else, or if it's the fact that maybe they dont treat their employees well, but it's unexcusable. They need to fix the issue. I get more mad the more reviews I read. They do not prorate when you cancel service, customer service is rude and they never even apologize. When they get a bad review, their response always seems automated. I don't know if they're getting too big for their britches or what the deal is, but do not hire them. There are plenty of other waste removal services that would be happy to have your business. Hire the "moms and pops", you'll be glad you did.

In a review of your account, it appears you may have talked to one of our Customer Service Representatives and she explained the driver shortages is what is causing your route delays. Like others in our industry, we continue to struggle during what has become a nationwide driver shortage. It has been extremely difficult to hire the drivers required to collect the exceptionally large volumes of waste, recycling, and yard waste. We are diligently working to increase staffing levels to resume the on-time service that our customers deserve. Team members are working diligently to service all of the waste and recycling needs and we appreciate the continued sacrifices our dedicated team is making.       If you are looking for a new trash service DO NOT USE KIMBLE. Several times they have either picked up the neighbors trash and not ours or not either one of ours. I have made several calls and even spoke to the manager last week. Our trash is STILL sitting at the end for the driveway going on day 9. Today I called back since I had not heard back from any of the 3 people I spoke with last week. After holding for 15 mins then speaking to a customer service representative whom clearly did not apologize or even seem like she wanted to be there today. I told them to come get my can as we have terminated our service and our new can will be delivered Monday. I understand that these companies are short staffed but for one their customer service is unacceptable and when you pay for a service and it is not being done, you have a right to be frustrated. I also see this is a trend...................sorry to all of those who are in my shoes, or were!!!
