I need to know why they never provide tracking numbers for the mailed letters. Credit bureaus (Experian) usually send emails or updates 3-5 business days after you mail these letters about the updates of the disputes. M2phenom stall the process of mailing letters in order to keep you and charge you the following month. This’s beginning to look like a scam to me since I haven’t received any updates from the bureaus after 3 weeks of being told my letters were mailed.

Hello Morris, We apologize that you feel we should mail your letters for you, but we don't. we offer a 3rd party solution who offers to mail it for you. We only offer the systems and training to help guide you to create the most effective letters the challenge your situation. it is up to you to mail your own letters out, then keep track of them. We also do not control what the credit bureaus do or don't do. If you send your own letters, you would or if you need to track them, that is up to you to certify this. Again we do not offer this service as we do not send letters for you. If you use outside third party solutions that is your decision to do so. All letters that you send are your responsibility not ours. Also when letters are mailed the Credit bureaus have 30 to 45 days to respond. Again this is not our responsibility to keep up with this for you. We hope you can understand this and we wish you the best in your journey.
