This is the Email I sent to [email protected] on 4/8/2024 at 12:47 p.m. EST when I arrived back home.
I went through drive through Wendy's on Route 58 in Riverhead, NY at around 12:08 p.m. EST on Monday, 4/8/2024. Incident physical assault happened at 12:10 pm by a woman in 50 s or 60 s , brownish hair, raspy "cigarette" type voice, tattoo with CHARLES on inner Right forearm. She was taking orders through microphone. A tall gray haired man in his 60's or maybe early 70's was right there being aggressively nasty trying to take photo of my face with his phone...
All I did was make a light comment about why she was charging me 10 or 11 cents for a honey mustard dipping sauce she got INSTANTLY defensive WELL WE HAVE TO PAY FOR THEM..I just mentioned wow this is happening everywhere..don't know exactly what she said..but drove up waited for the one car in front to finish...took out my card...and I said again..you don't have to be so argumentative..I'm just making light of this..it just escalated in words she closed that door on my hand with card in it..

I Ordered Wendy’s On April 2nd, 2024 Through The Wendy’s Mobile App At 3:25 PM I Drove To Wendy’s And My Order Was Not Being Made At All When I Received My Order Almost And Hour After I Ordered I Left Because Of The Long Waiting Times Even Though I Ordered 20 Minutes Before I Got There When I Got Home I Checked My Food And Everything Was Incorrect The Burgers, Nuggets, Fries And The Drinks Too, I Called The Restaurant And The Manager Told Me That She Would Get In Touch With The District Manager And Give Me A Call Back I Never Received One, On April 5th I Called To Speak With The Manager And She Told Me The District Manager Wouldn’t Answer The Phone And When He Finally Did The Only Compensation I Could Receive Is To Get The Burgers Fixed Because I Didn’t Return To The Store Even Though I Waited An Hour For My Order And I Live 20 Minutes Away Also She Never Told Me To Come Back To The Store On April 2ndInitial Complaint

They have had an order we never placed for over a week charging us 2x what we should have paid for the meal.

Good afternoon while picking up a order in your 2554 I-20 grand prairie Texas location an your store supervisor Mr.****** told me I couldn't redeem my offers and he was the rudest person I ever talked to. I don't know how Wendy's customer service is supposed to act but I know it's not like that especially as a SUPERVISOR. Order number *********, transaction on 2/21/24, $20.55 spent. I placed an order that failed the online processing system, and had to place a second order to get my food. Immediately called headquarters and got an open case. After being promised a timely call from the district manager to resolve the issue, nothing has happened over six weeks later. I got charged 3 times extra with my debit card at least.every time I use my card to get food on the morning. And I do have my online banking on the phone. I went back to them each time. I got me and my 5 year old daughter Wendy's yesterday she 6 nuggets and fries I had a baconator combo. My daughter felt sick first she threw up at 1am. I got up the next day feeling sick I had diarrhea 3x and threw up and it was their food they gave us food poisoning. And when I tried to call them they did not pick up. This establishment has gotten very bad I don't think the workers are actually working or paying attention to what they are feeding the customers. I tried to order food on the Wendy's app on 3/30/24. The order would not go through. I attempted to delete the order and then enter the order again. It still did not work. Then, I get multiple order processed notices. I tried to cancel the orders and that did not work. My credit card was billed three times and I did not get any food, nor could I cancel the orders. I went to the restaurant and they refused to help. The manager was too busy sitting in the dining room talking to friends to do anything but wave me away, saying that she can't fix anything on the app. I attempted to contact customer service, engage with chat, and on social media. Wendy's has an app. They won't let you delete your information unless you call them or send email to an account that is misconfigured and bounces all mail. I want my personal information deleted.
