      Went in and purchased two burgers. Upon eating the burgers the inside was noticeably raw and red inside. I went back in and they said they could remake them, there were also multiple other customers who had the same complaints.

      Please take me off your email list . I unsubscribe few times and I’m still getting emails from Wendy’s

      On March 24, 2024 I placed a mobile order through the Wendy's app. As I was given my food I was told they were out of potatoes which was an item already paid for via the app and that it could be refunded through the app. I tried the live representative chat first and no one ever connected after waiting more than 15 minutes. On March 25, 2024 I called the number listed in the app and no one connected to that after 30 minutes of waiting therefore this issue remains unresolved and quite inconvenient.

      My girlfriend and I went to this Wendy's Address: 11640 Providence Rd, Charlotte, NC 28277 Thursday night. around midnight so technically Friday Midnight 12:00 am. We were in our Uber. We wanted to go to Wendy's we are extremely disappointed. With the way we were treated by this African American Woman who was we think the rude manager at that Wendy's or Employee. Manager or Employee refused to give us our receipt and refused to give me her name. Because She knew I was going to report her. You guy's can review the tape. She told us we were taking up too much time in her drive thru and she was being rude and nasty. She isn't suppose to be rude or nasty with the customers. The customer is always right! We were digging around in our pocket for money!! trying to pay them. She had the audacity to tell us we were taking up too much time in her drive thru! And we were gonna pay for the food! Which we did and we told her that she doesn't have to be rude to us! No one was even behind us in the drive thru! I personally worked for fast food. I worked for cookout and we never rushed customers out of the drive thru if they were paying customers. We want a refund or a gift card for this. I go to Wendy's all the time and never dealt with a rude person ever like her!

      The issue I continue to have is this ocmpany continues to send emails even after MONTHS of unsubscribing through emails I've sent. This have been going on now for over 3 months. I have even contact FTC and made complaint and nothing as stopped emails. I am put on hold after going through the promts for their phone number for hours. one days I laid phone down on desk for over 3 1/3 hours and they never answer the phone. No end to their emails after each step i take. I lbocked their emails, but it goes to delete folder. I want them to stop contacted me through emails or any other forms. I even today sent them an email asking them to STOP immediately sending me emails.

      This arrived today in my deleted folder. I have Wendys blocked but it goes to my deleted folder as you can see, they continue Every day or every few days in sending solicitation emails.

      Dear, BBB

      Here is a communication I have received from Wendys, but it is another solicitation. As you will see my frustration and have asked to be removed from their email list.
      The response from Wendys was to send to my inbox a solicitation. As I have said I have blocked their emails but continue to receive them in my trash and now this one reached me. I want Wendys to stop sending me emails such as solicitations. When they reply they attach solicitation and not resolution.

      I placed an order for a dave's single on March 21 2024
      it was at the Bothell store at 22928 Bothell everett highway, bothell wa 98021
      my order number is *********. I placed the order ahead of time for 12:45pm pickup. I arrived about 5 minutes after that. My credit card was charged, but there was no burger for me to pickup. I had to wait in line to talk to the cashier, and she said she can't find my order. I confirmed with her that I'm at the right location, my receipt shows that I did place my order. But there was just nothing, I wasted 20 minutes there trying to call wendy's helpline, but no one was answering. I was hungry and I was on the way to work. I ended up ordering a dave's double for to go and left. I never got my burger.

      The workers there were not very help at all, and really, I don't think they could've been able to do anything. but a lot of them were just standing around. I was worried that if I do another order from mobile phone it won't work, so I placed another order at the cashier directly.

      it's frustrating to have to deal with this and keep hearing the phone telling me how important my call is, and how there's "more than usual call volume" while I'm sure there's no way for a regular day to be so busy with the phone system. No one was answering the phone. it's a waste of time and they should've had a special line just to deal with problems

      I ordered Chili using the Wendy's app where points were Redeemed then added a Dave's Single cheese combo and another Dave's Single Cheeseburger. The manager ******* refused to give me the chili I ordered saying it was on the app not on his store order and he wasn't giving it to me. I showed him the transaction and the point reduction, he however had zero interest in researching what I presented. He said he wasn't trained on the app as it was "corporate's app" not his. I then told him regardless of it being free with the app, I wanted the chili. He said it would be $3.89. I gave him my debit card to pay. He charged me and took about 10 minutes to return to the drive thru with my chili. I asked for crackers and he said you have crackers and sauce in the bag. When I got home, the burgers and fries weren't warm at all. The chili appeared tampered with as the cheese and onions were not on top as it was when I ordered the day prior from another store. I called only to get a voicemail box that I couldn't leave a message on. I tried leaving a text message to the Wendy's corporate number as it stated on the contact page. The corporate line was closed for the day. I got in my vehicle and drove back to the business. When I arrived I asked for a refund and was told I wasn't getting a refund because I waited 2 hours to return. This person continued to argue with me about the time as it was one hour later then the 2nd transaction and one hour 20 minutes after the 1st. He appeared to be recording me as he asked me to repeat what I said. I started recording as well. He blatantly told me that I took 10 minutes to order while looking on the app therefore he wasn't giving me a refund as it came out of his pocket then said his store's pocket. I contacted the Coporate office the following day and they took the report with limited attemps to obtain contact info and promised a return call I never received. I called again today and was told thru would call me. I just want my refund!

      I have unsubscribed from there emails 5,000,000 times and i still get them.

      Tried several times to use the Wendy's app to order food. With my rewards, my purchase would have been $16. However, the app would not let me pay through the app due to some error. No worries, I figured just order and use the scan feature of the app to purchase my food at the window, which would have still allowed me to use the app and pay with cash. However, after ordering and trying to use the app scan feature, the employee told me there was an error in which their system was done. So, I could not use the app. This is one of many times that I have tried to use the Wendy's app to no avail. It only works occasionally and all the benefits/features feel like a lure to get you to visit Wendy's with no real benefits.

      i tried to get the wendy's $1 and $2 hamburger for march madness deal. I was only able to get 1 of each. i ordered again on the app on different day and they charged me full amount. i went in to get assistance from the mgr and nobody in the store knew how to do it
