      1/14/2024 - Expected to be 24.63, but do to an in-app error, was double-billed. This is not the first time an error like this cost me money. Also, when I attempted to resolved the issue, I was given the runaround by the store owner, doordash, and Wendy's (who didn't even answer the phone the last time. Also, they didn't provide me with all the items I ordered, so I'm demanding a full refund. If I can't get this, I will be putting a stop-payment on the order.

      On Saturday, January 6th at approximately 10:30 pm we placed an online order for Wendy's in Saraland, Alabama. The total was $49.65. When we went to pick up the order we were informed that the restaurant was only serving fried food at this time and that we needed to cancel the order through the app. When we went to cancel the order through the app it said that it had already been processed and there was no other option to request refund. Also when the teller opened the window a prominent smell of Marijuana came out. I tried to call the store and customer service but the store phone doesn't work and customer service was closed until Monday. When I spoke to a representative Monday they told me the manager would be in touch and they would not issue me a refund at that time. I have attempted to reach out several times with corporate and they keep telling me the Saraland manager will call me and figure it out. They continue to still not refund me or get in touch with me. We paid nearly $50 and received no food and have been attempting to resolve this countless hours. Also concerned about what is transpiring inside the restaurant as the smell of Marijuana was beyond prominent that even My 12 year asked what the smell was.

      I previously purchased two $25 Wendy's gift cards (totaling $50) which I wanted to load to my Wendy's Canada app. In the Settings of the Wendy's app, customers can choose to load funds from gift cards to the Digital Account, which I attempted to add funds with no success. After entering the card number and PIN code as prompted, I continued to receive a message stating "Currency Conversion not allowed" even though both the funds and the app are for Canada. In mid December, I contacted Wendy's Canada and explained the app glitch, which they promised to fix. I have documented the conversions with Wendy's Canada customer service for your information. I provided my gift card number and PIN number and have never heard back since. I checked my app and there is still $0 in my balance. Please note that I order foods through the app regularly, so it makes no sense for me if the gift card balance cannot be loaded to my app.

      I checked the Google listing for Wendy's near me on Fish Hatchery Rd in Fitchburg WI. It said the store was open until 1:00am and it was updated 5 days ago. I then took some time on their mobile app to fill out an order, went out into the freezing cold winter weather, scraped ice off of my car, and drove to Wendy's. I submitted the order on my phone right after I pulled into the restaurant, a few minute after 12:00am. The Wendy's app allowed me to place the order, however after pulling up to the drive through a message played that said the location was closed.

      This is why I chose to look up the information before I ordered from Wendy's so I knew they would be open, however it seems they are too lazy and unprofessional to keep their proper hours updated on Google. And the app is charging people money even though the business is closed.

      On, January 3, 2024, I purchased food from Wendy's restaurant located in the City of Temecula, California. I received the worse customer service I have ever had in my life. Just to be clear it was customer mistreatment. I received inconsiderate, unprofessional, mean spirited, unfair customer service. I have been a customer of Wendy's for over 20 years. This customer service was the worse ever. I would like a manager from the Corporate office of Wendy's to contact me please.

      My husband & I were on our honeymoon. We stopped at the Wendy's at 341 US-64, Cashiers, NC 28717 for dinner. We ordered via app/drive thru. We were asked to park & they'd being the order out to us. Asked for condiments when it was brought out too. After receiving the food, it was not made accurately. No lettuce, tomato, onions, condiments or napkins. We went inside to get things corrected. Explained to worker what was wrong & he apologized & told us that they were busy & short staffed. He walked away & my husband & I looked at each other oddly cause there was only 1 customer & numerous people behind the counter. Some of the people behind the counter were not in uniform. There was a little kid behind counter walking around picking his nose & touching things in food area. He was with a female who apparently works there but was not on duty at the time. Heard a lot of cursing & female worker threw a sweater while behind the counter at another on the customer side of the counter. Behavior was unacceptable. Chicken sandwich was rubbery & almost tasted like it wasn't cooked at all. Had to be thrown out. Some of the food was being handled w/out gloves behind the counter. This needs to be addressed. A child should not be behind the counter, the child shouldn't have been unsupervised walking around behind the counter, the child shouldn't have been picking his nose behind the counter & in food area, employees or others not on the clock should not be behind the counter, profane language should not be used in front of customers or at all while on the floor, orders should be double checked for accuracy, items should not be tossed or thrown around especially in front of customers and not at all while on the work floor. I'm still baffled by the fact that I was told that the restaurant was busy & short-staffed when there was nobody else in the restaurant besides us and 1 older gentleman. I'm sure if you pull video from that day you can see all this that took place.

      When I went to by I notices the french fry were fried diferent like with a palm oil any way im alergic to palm oil, the french fry was orange in colour normally they have the skin on but this ones were just plain french fry the smell was terible,

      on veterans day Saturday last month i was at wendys ***** ****** *** ******* ** ***** as early as 9am in the morning. The manager never opened up her doors til after 11am and thats when breakfast ended! My car was stolen so i have no reliable transportation. wendys participates in free breakfast for veterans on vets day every year. Other vets were outside waiting as well. When I went inside finally the cashier said breakfast was over. I told her I was waiting for over 2 years to receive my free food but you wouldn't let the door open and I can't go thru a drive thru this is very frustrating and you left me outside for that long. Your sign on the glass says you open at 10am or 9a but the doors didn't open til after that! She went to what appeared to be a white skinned lady dressed in black and the cashier returned back to me and said that the so called manager only said we stopped serving breakfast. They wouldn't acknowledge me as a veteran who was there on time nor give me something for being. I was never late and I was factually and actually IGNORED!! I made a phone complaint to wendys corp that week but no response. Please help. someone give me a good contact number for me to call you back on this. Last year the different management of staff gave me something when I was there.

      I ordered via the Wendy's mobile app but when I went to the store, I was told they cannot find the order. Both the employee and I confirmed the store address and everything else is correct but they just cannot locate the order. So I did not get the food and the store told me they cannot do anything for refunding because they do not have the order.

      I try to contact the Wendy's but no one answer the phone. Finally, I submit a case in their website and the case ref:!************************:ref. They told me "We have recorded the details of your experience and have shared them with franchise team that operates this restaurant. A franchise operator will reach out to you soon regarding your refund." but no one ever contacted me. I emailed back a few times to follow up but no response. Worst costumer service ever.

      Yesterday I was told if I gave 3 dollars by the machine and the cashier if I spend 3 dollars, I would get free frostys for the year. I was like really? That seems to go to be true. The young cashier said yes.
      Today, I showed up and was told, I had to make a purchase to get the free frosty. That's what the machine says and that's not what the cashier said.
      The shift supervisor said it's on the small print. That's such bullshit, So deceptive. Since I can't get free frosty's, gimme me my 3 bucks back!!
