    In 2021 I was seeking help from this company for hormone health. They convinced this would help and wanted a pay in full. I paid half that day a half alittle later in the amount of $1,500. The nurse had no bedside manner what so ever and an question you asked she just shrugged it off I continued through a few T shots having some issues that she never gave me answers to gave me another hormone that I gained 10lbs in a few weeks. I asked to meet with the doctor there finally he advised that that dose was way to much for me then I explain the complications with the shot and the rash I was getting he said I must be allergic to what it was mixed with and at that point to get my money back for the remaining since I could not physically go through with it. So I sought it out with the proper connections there well I was told no I will not et my money back. I reached out to the main corporate office they drug it along for a long time then said he couldn't help me. I amount on emails and phones call going unanswered and ignore was insane. After about a year they offered me a service a facial which the money comparison did not amount to the same at all there but no money back. I told them I did not want to come back there but they said thats all they are giving me. So I said fine I want to at least get something well then she kept telling me she would let me know when she fit me in. Weeks months of more phone calls and emails unanswered. Then I got to actually speak to the supposed owned Shane he was very apologetic and right away offered me a refund I was relieved! He said the whole office staff was gone and he hired new people. Well it been several more months no check I again have called which I keep being told that by the end of the day I would get a call back. Nothing now my emails, text nor phone calls are answered I call during business hours and it goes to voicemail every time. Its been months at the point since I was told I would get my money back. I have tried being nice just being persistent on what I deserve but its not paying off seem like that there theme to take your money and if there is a problem your get blown off and ignored. It now end of 2023 and I still dealing with this which is absolutely ridiculous!!

    I signed up for the yearly program because that is all they offer. The second round of pellets they went against my wishes and did something I asked them not to do and felt terrible until the pellets wore off. They do not listen if you have symptoms. I decided half way through to not continue. Now they are ignoring my calls to get my prorated refund for services not rendered. They did not deserve any of my money because they did not provide quality treatment. I wish I had listened to the other bad reviews before I had signed up.

    I have been a client of theirs since 6/11/2018 for the hormone replacement therapy.

    On 8/16/23, I started having severe vaginal bleeding. Since I had not had a menstrual period in 10 years, I made an appointment with a OB/GYN on 8/25/23. She performed a vaginal ultrasound and discovered the lining of my uterus was abnormally thick. It should be 4mm and it was 10 mm. When she found out I was doing hormone replacement therapy she advised me that this type of hormones were very dangerous and advised me to stop treatment right away. I had to have a biopsy of my uterus on 9/5/23 to determine if these cells were cancerous. Fortunately, this problem was caught before it turned into cancer.

    When I called RH on 8/28/23, I talked to Shane the owner and explained why I had to stop treatment. He tried to tell me these hormones are perfectly safe and that I shouldn't listen to the ob/gyn. He put me on a 3 way conference call with Dr. R******* whom I've never met, who is the medical director for the clinic. He also tried to tell me not to listen to conventional doctors. I found out then that Dr. R******* is an anesthesiologist which really makes me wonder what he knows about women's health. I told Shane I don't feel safe continuing treatments. I told him I had paid for a full year of treatments and only had two.

    I was asked to prepay for a health service prior to my consultation. Once I consulted with the physician I decided not to go through with the procedure. The office said they would credit my credit card that I paid with of 2600.00. I have contacted the office several times since January 20, 2023 and they said they would credit my account and they have not yet complied as of April 6, 2023.

    I wish I could write a good review. I was very excited to go to Restorative Health. Ivette did a very good job at explaining the therapy. I paid almost $3000 in one payment and signed up that day. I started the 1st treatment. I didn’t feel better. I felt horrible. I had the worst headaches I’ve ever had in my life. My heart was pounding out of my chest. My anxiety was through the roof. Still having episodes 10 weeks out. I had the 2nd set of blood work. I went in and was told My symptoms were from the testosterone and I shouldn’t take it anymore. I have dilated cardiomyopathy and listed this on my intake form. After speaking to my Cardiologist I was told that Restorative Health should have never given me hormones and especially hormones that were inserted and couldn’t be reversed. I wrote ****** at Restorative Health and asked for a refund as I’m not able to continue treatment. It’s been a couple of weeks and I still haven’t received a refund. I paid $3000 up front on an American Express but when it’s time to do the right thing and refund a patient that should have never been given the treatment, no refund. Don’t go here. If you’re paying, you’ll get a lot of attention. The minute you stop, you’re forgotten. Be careful. The hormone therapy isn’t reversible.
