5 starsIm incredibly impressed with Jaco Waterproofing. I had a number of structural maintenance issues I needed addressed after a home buying inspection revealed some problem areas. They didnt miss a single thing in the engineers report. The guys were incredibly efficient. Everything was finished in a day and half. There was no delay or half finished job and minimal impact to my yard when it came to installing the piers under the front porch steps. Just had to re-lay some flower bed bricks and shift some displaced flowerbed dirt. They were as neat and careful as possible, and offered effective solutions that were financially reasonable. I would call them again in a heartbeat for structural and waterproofing needs. They earned my trust and future business. Thank you for your excellent work Jaco!Review fromLydia S

5 starsOn my entrance walkway, the pad in front of my porch had dropped 3-4 over the years I contacted JACO by phone and the next day a representative came to my home and gave me an estimate to lift the pad back to its original height. Within the next week the crew was on sight and completing the work within hours. 5 starsIve used JACO on two different occasions, both were stellar and saved my house (and mental well-being!). The first was to seal 7 basement cracks that were not easily revealed when I bought my new house. The workers were very professional, and the process was relatively quick. The second was an emergency during a near-flood in the area, 7 years after the initial sealing. My basement began to flood from a new crack due to flooding (I live in a valley). They were able to come out the SAME DAY and fix the crack!!! JACO will always be my first call when/if I have similar issues. Thank you guys!Review fromDon B
