    4/19/24-Home Duct cleaning service with Stanley Steamer. Was to receive $50 off/invoice was over $899-have called 6 times I was told that they would send me a check for $50 and we are still waiting. **** has been my contact. I reached out to him at 419-738-5481. I used the Wapakoneta OH location we had had good experience with a small insurance claim. That is why I called this Stanley Steemer. Now not so good! I cannot even find an address to drive to and request my $50 refund.
    Every time I call I am told "oh you did not receive that yet? I'll get it out". Last call was Friday 5/17 and was told should have my check by Wednesday 5/23. Still waiting! Invoice #*******

    We did inform the franchise of this complaint and he responded letting us know that he sent her a $50 check was cashed on or about 6/06/24

    I received my refund after 6 weeks of calling thank you. I will not use Stanley Steemer again or reccomend to any neighbors/friends/family.
