When I stopped visiting BB Aesthetic due to a bad experience, ** **** violated HIPPA, followed my boyfriend on social media to let him know about my treatments. This is the most unprofessional place. I've reported them to the Better Business Bureau but please avoid this place! My skin was severely damaged here and they did nothing to make it right. I am still experiencing side effects.

False advertising scam with rude, unprofessional staff. ************************
This office advertises Tirzepatide for weight loss. I decided to go through their office because it was advertised at a significantly lower cost than through my insurance. I emailed their "info" line and received no response, so I made an appointment for the consultation. On the day of my consultation, I filled out all of the paperwork and the receptionist said "we don't offer the service" .
I then showed them their website as well as my appointment confirmation that says "tirzepatide consultation" and the receptionist becomes hostile and says "well, I don't know".
So, rather than verifying the information I showed her, she opted to shut me down and then make excuses for her lack of knowledge and professionalism.
Then, I am called back for my appointment. The "NP" states she has no idea what is going on and states that they do not offer the treatment unless as a last resort. When I asked why I was not informed of this when I emailed and set the appointment, she says, "Well, this is a new thing that we are offering, and I'll definitely let the office manager know."
There was no explanation for the false information, the false advertising, the lack of response from the provider, or the absence of my initial paperwork when I set the appointment.
They are falsely advertising services, failing to inform people when they make their appointments, and allowing them to pay a $400.00 initial consultation fee without providing all of the information as well as the full name of the provider and the supervising physician.
This place seeks to make money on monthly prescriptions for medical weight loss and is doing this by forcing people to take the medication that they want to prescribe.
