    I, along with several other individuals, placed online orders with this company that were never shipped or in anyway fulfilled. When customers asked for the status of their purchases online via a facebook page for the company, ******* **** told the customers she had suffered an emotional breakdown and asked people to wait. She lied and said she was beginning to ship people their items and refund their money, but no customers reported receiving a refund directly from her - only in cases where they contacted PayPal or their credit card companies.

    Company ran a pre-order for fabric/hardware (which is common in this business and have never had problems with other small businesses) back in March 2023 with a promise of a 10wk TAT. That time came and went with many excuses as to why it had not yet arrived, she had health problems apparently, all the while running other orders and sales. As of Dec 18th 2023, the items are still not here and all my attempts to email her, message her have not been responded to. I requested my money back. As it has passed the window for Paypal disputes, I can not get my money back that way. And I am not the only person that is out money on this order. I think she owes a lot of people either product or money back. As it's just over $100 I'm not sure a lawyer is worth it, although I'd say she's being fraudulent with her business.

    Purchased bag hardware in the amount of $55.59. The invoice arrived in an envelope, with none of the items. Per website guidelines, I sent an email along with picture of invoice and envelope, letting the seller know what had occurred. Per website guidelines, I allowed 3 business days for a response. Website is a Facebook group. When I did not hear a reply, after the 3rd email asking for a response/resolution, I reached out on the private Facebook group, respectfully, asking Admin (the owner) to please address my emails, just stating I'd received an empty envelope, without any other details. Admin deleted my comments. I reached out again via email (4th time) and also on the Facebook page. The admin again deleted my question and all of my emails have gone unanswered. Your help in resolving this issue is greatly appreciated.
