5 starsFantastic customer service and great work. Dealing directly with owners who have been in the trade decades is rare. They did excellent work and when my chimney was in worse shape than I thought and needed more work, I got detailed photos of the issues. This let me see that there was actual damage what needed to be replaced. They then gave me detailed photos of the work completed. Really goes above and beyond what you normally get. I can't get up on the roof to see what's wrong with the chimney or inspect work after and the upfront honesty and commitment to quality was really reassuring. 5 starsJason and Karianne were so awesome with their sincere customer service. Jason was like a detective in tracking down a CO leak in my hot water venting system, that other inspectors couldn't find. He inspected my chimney stack and showed me a real-time video made with a camera that he dropped down the vent from the roof. A broken/defective pipe was replaced and Jason even taped all seams with some aluminum duct tape. A real perfectionist and caring professional installations. He was literally a life-saver since the carbon monoxide detector told us to evacuate!Review fromLes S.

I will definitely have them come out every year to examine status, and also will be having them install a chimney liner. Jason and his wife are pure gems. You cannot do better than have them help you maintain your home.Review fromMDM
