      brought a 2024 Nissan Sentra in August 2024, went for service oil change in December Technician advised bulge in front tire nothing else, went to tire discounters 4.19.25 was advised front of car was aligned wrong and the tires I have on the car are not good, had to replace three tires.

      Our history shows the customer had an oil change completed on 12/27/24 with ***** miles. The vehicle was sold new.   We may have sent them to a tire center to see if the tire manufacturer would cover a replacement since they had low mileage.  We do not warrant tires.  We are not sure why all of their tires were replaced.  That would be a question for the tire facility.

      ***** , service customer horn has been out for over 16 months. Decided to go to Ricart Kia and have it formally looked at. The diagnostic performed by a service tech revealed a faulty high and low pitch horn assembly. I received a quote to fix the lo and hi horn, my jaw dropped, quoted close to $800.00 to replace. Decided it may be prudent to get another opinion.Went to my local family owned auto service business, has been in business for over 50 years.This shop confirmed the horn replacement diagnostic, however, their price was $ ******.What is happening at Ricart KIA service - I may have decided to allow Ricart KIA to do the work but $ 800 vs $154 is crazy. Ricart said the bumper need to come off, while the small family owned shop says it just needs loosened to allow the headlight assembly to come out to reveal the horn.Why is Ricart so out of touch, the new building is nice, but do we folks over 75 need to help with financing the new digs at Ricart KIA. While there at the service center at Ricart , I was amazed how many folks were in sticker shock when they were checking out of KIA ******** I am very happy I went else where. I advise all who need service on their ***'s to go elsewhere. my service order # ******** thanks *****

      Our Kia ********** order shows recommending replacing both horns and and 3 hours of labor which estimated at $708.  *********** and grounds not engaging to the horn.  We priced original manufacturer parts which covers a warranty for 24 months.

      On September 12, 2024 I brought my 2023 Hyundai Tuscon in for repair. This damage was done by me the driver. I stated what had occurred and asked to have it looked at and repaired. I paid over $3,100 for these repairs.Shortly thereafter, I experienced a clicking/popping noise on my vehicle where the repair was done. In addition, my vehicle vibrated and was shaky when traveling above 65 mph. The vibration was fixed (told an indicator on the wheel was not put on properly and came off) but the clicking noise was not. I was told it was my steering column and was quoted another $1,800 for repair. I asked service to please exhaust all possibilities before I pay that amount b/c of the previous cost of repairs.From September - December 2024, I brought my vehicle in on at least 4 different occasions, leaving it for DAYS at a time (16 total), including on Oct. 23 for an oil change, with no resolution to my issue. After that oil change, I noticed my brakes were squealing while driving (in motion). When I went on a test drive with **** on Dec. 26, the head mechanic, I mentioned this issue. He told me it was just an indicator that my pads were wearing and I needed to replace ******* was at this time I decided to get a second opinion. I received an estimate on service and repairs. My second opinion immediately found the cause of my initial issue/concern same day and it was NOT my steering column. Oh! and they also found my brake pads were installed incorrectly. Inner and outer pads were in wrong locations. Front pads are low and wearing uneven due to incorrect installation and now I need new pads and rotors.The service from Ricart at this moment is abysmal. I am even concerned I was overcharged for my initial repairs. I purchased my vehicle from Ricart and had all my service done at Ricart (even my previous 2019 ******). However, it is unfortunate I will no longer be using Ricart for my service or future purchases.

      We spoke with Ms. ******* and asked that we have the opportunity to bringing her vehicle to our service department and see what the other service center shared with her.  She has brought her vehicle in several times for different noises since damaging her vehicle on a curb.  Our last meeting was recommending an axel but wanted to make sure before spending more money.  Once we have an opportunity to look at it again, we will be in a better position to respond.

      After having several conversations with sales and management to confirm availability of a specific vehicle listed for sale, I drove 2hrs for an appointment to see a used vehicle that was sold and unaccounted for. This dealership team is incompetent. The vehicle should have been prepped and ready for my appointment. No attempt was made by staff to try and make things right.

      We were told the used *** we purchased was covered by a 10 yr warranty and free oil changes for 3 yrs. Come to find out they charged 2800 for the warranty and 399 for oil changes. We were not told these were extra charges and we didn't realize it until we examined the 50 pages of paperwork later that day. We could have purchased a new car for what we paid for this used car and the warranty. They are sneaky and borderline liars. This demonstrates a total lack of integrity. Never again. Stay away from Ricart

      The customer purchased a service contract coverage for 10 years or ******* miles up to which ever occurs first time or mileage.  We offered the customer an option to cancel the products they purchased if they no longer wanted the coverage.

      They would get about negative 10 stars if could do it. Over 3 years in and continues to be the WORST business I've ever had to deal with! First I bought a brand new car that had grinding brakes. Tried to call my sales person multiple times who would not return and call or email. Finally made an appointment and took the car in, sat for hours while they checked it (only to find out that a brand new car somehow needed all new brakes and roators...completely shady!) They're fused for give me a loaner on my brand new car that I had had for 3 days and I had to get the sales manager involved. They ended up giving me some free oil changes (big whoop) and everytime I have used one i sit at least 2 hours. Today the text who did the oil change asked if I was "ok" cause I was annoyed for such a long wait every single time and told me "he had been on lunch"....the rudest most unprofessional business i have ever encountered. Don't go there ever!!!!

      I am really irritated with Ricart ****************** and **** right now! I took my vehicle in for an oil change and a recall. Oil change was okay but the recall had to do with the sync system needing an update. Mind you that **** put this recall out there. Before taking my vehicle in my radio and the screen was working. After doing the recall now my radio and screen in my vehicle no longer work and they wanted me to pay for a diagnostic which I refused to pay since it was their error. After doing the diagnostic they come back saying the problem is the **** which has to do with the sync system and is wanting me to pay $1,334.51 again which I refuse to pay since whoever preformed the recall fried something in my sync system or the recall did something to it to where my radio and screen won't come back on. Now they act like they don't know a thing when I'm asked to bring my vehicle back in for probably a few days. Can't tell me when to bring it back or if they can give me a rental vehicle. I'm really ****** because I've called and messaged the person I've worked with and the manager of the service department. I was told they would have an answer for me about the case with **** by Tuesday or Wednesday this week. They were supposed to get back with me yesterday and never did and have ignored every form of communication (phone call and text) I've done today to the individuals I've been working with and here it is getting to the end of the week. I just want my vehicle fixed. I've bought several vehicles at Ricart but next time I will take my business to ***** if Ricart and **** doesn't make this right.**Update: manager finally calls back right before they close saying that **** isn't wanting to pay for the **** when the recall from **** is what messed it up but he wants to work on it some more by contacting **** again and wants me to give him until tomorrow. Let's see if I get a call without having to reach out again to them first.

      Ricart is dishonest and definitely not trustworthy! I drove a car and next day went to purchase it but they called another customer in a day early and they hadn't even taken a test drive! Unbelievable, and I felt that the guy didn't care for me as a customer and stated nobody had a deposit on it and its available, you know when someone doesn't agree with certain things is the main reason he deliberately messaged and called someone else! Then off my review the same person had the nerve to call me, instead of a higher or regional manager! They act like they are more important and have no real care about customers! Rude, inconsiderate and almost intimidating to say just buy another car like it's no big deal, well when I'm buying then I decide! Bye bye ricart!
