Paid for services for our wedding she agreed to provide videography services. We sent payment and signed a contract. We are unable to contact her in any way, phone or email. Tried to find her contact info online and found a profile on bbb that she has been scamming people. So we tried to contact her again still to results. Hi,
I am submitting this dispute as Tiffany Caudill never offered her services as we paid her.
We contracted her to complete wedding photos for 11/12/22. She was running a special on Facebook placing an ad to help give others photos for their wedding at a discounted rate. We sent her $550 on Venmo for 5/2/2022. This was supposed to give us 10 hours of photography services for our wedding. She sent over a contract to confirm these services. We exchanged a few messages that she would need to book a stay as she was coming to Nashville, TN. We did not send money for this yet as we did not have this information sent over. We did ask a follow up question about how she would work for the day and we did not hear back.
A few months later, several brides in Facebook groups started to post reviews of their experience with this photographer. I had joined a group as I was concerned due to the distance and lack of follow up information in our service. I never reached out to Tiffany to cancel our services. However, she had reached out to me saying she had seen me added to a group and she was sending over cancellation forms. The next couple of days, she had posted to her personal page that she was being taken in to a facility. I hate that she had her experience with several brides. However, it was very unprofessional to not send these forms or send a refund. I never heard anything back from her. I had to find new services the month of our wedding. I am also blocked from her business page too. This was super stressful and affected our budget severely as we thought we already had these services.Initial Complaint

My wife and I selected ******* to be our wedding photographer in September of 2023, we signed a contract and she gave us a "cheaper" rate as she claimed she was trying to build her portfolio. She is a scammer through and through. She had NO intention of ever photographing our wedding as she had other weddings "booked" the same day as ours on the opposite side of another state. We reached out to her to get a refund after viewing published articles of her being exposed for committing such acts and she has in turned blocked, ghosted, and refused to make contact or acknowledge her acts. She is the worst kind of human being for targeting people for what is probably the most important day of their lives, and leaving them with little to no recourse on finding a replacement. ******* ******* Creative is anything but. Her business is a vapid, meaningless, shell of a scam and she should never have the opportunity to take money from any paying individual ever again. AVOID THIS "BUSINESS" AT ALL COSTS.

Tiffany filmed at my wedding at *** **** and ******* ***** on August 1, 2022. That was 225 days ago.
I paid $500 to get an edited wedding video and the raw footage of the ceremony. Tiffany showed up and filmed as agreed in the contract.
At the time of contracted service, Tiffany agreed to a 6 week turnaround time - which would have been receiving product by 09/12/22.
On 09/13/22, via ******** messenger she stated she’d have the video complete by 09/23.
On 10/01/22, via email she stated my video was still in queue to be completed. Tiffany did not give an estimated completion date.
On 12/22/22, via ******** messenger she stated she’d have the raw footage to me by 12/26, and final edited video by 12/30.
On 01/30/23, via ******** messenger she stated she had everything complete and ready to be sent. Asked me for my address and I sent it to her, and then I didn’t hear from her until I outreached again.
On 02/22/23, Tiffany stated she’d send them when her husband got paid on Friday, 02/24/23.
And now I have not heard from her again. It is now 03/14/23.
I’ve been promised this video 5+ times now without an answer.
I know I am not the only person that has had issues with how she ran her business, but those did not come to light until after I paid her and sign a contract. I figured that since Tiffany did show up and film at my wedding (unlike other brides whose weddings she did not show up for) that I would be receiving product I paid for.Initial Complaint

I paid Tiffany $400 on December 24, 2021, to come and photograph my wedding on October 1, 2022. Tiffany proceeded to cancel all her events and keep the money. Paid $1,000 in June as a deposit for an event in 2023. The owner posted that she would no longer offer services for the remainder of 2022 and 2023 on their business ******** profile in September 2022. I reached out via email on several occasions as the owner disabled all comments and asked to not message on ********. The owner committed to responding to all emails after the weekend and would issue refunds to anyone impacted by the change to her availability. On March 15th, 2022, We paid Tiffany via ***** to take our wedding photos on Oct. 1st, 2022. That was also the same date that we signed the contract stating that date was reserved just for us. We set up to have our engagement pictures done on 4/22/22 and when we were on our way there she messaged me on ******** stating she wasn't able to make it because she didn't have a babysitter. She felt bad so she refunded us $150.00 and set up a different date. Once we had our pictures done she would tell us she would have them done on a certain date, that date would come and they still weren't done. This went on for about 2-3 weeks until we finally received them. Then months went by and didn't hear from her, we was about a month away from our wedding and she went into a mental health facility. Then after that it went down hill, after seeing that she ditched brides on their wedding day we decided it was best to find someone else. When we went to request our money back she stated that she could set up a payment plan with us. It took about 2 weeks to receive that then it had the wrong amount. She has stated she owes about $14,000.00 to people.Initial Complaint

Tiffany C was unable to guarantee she could provide photography service at my wedding. Her social media was full of posts from her talking about her car & photography equipment being stolen and suicide attempts, as well as family issues. In the popular ******** group “Brides on a Budget”, other Brides commented about how she either canceled photography service the day before the wedding or thee day of the wedding. Fearful the same could happen and ruin my wedding, I requested a refund and she sent a new contract stating the full amount of $1125 would be refunded within 5 weeks. 6 weeks later, no refund, and she and her husband ****** are ignoring attempts to contact them.Initial Complaint

March 19 2022 I booked Tiffany Caudill Creative for videography for my wedding October 8 2022. I paid her $599 and we signed a contract.
She posted on social media that she was canceling appointments for photography and videography.
I sent an email asking her if she was canceling for our date and she said she could not do it with the equipment she had because her equipment was stolen when her car was stolen. She posted on social media her car was stolen July 8th. 2 months before I reached out to her asking about our date.
She then informed me that she didn't have the money to refund the money paid to her.
I have found numerous accounts of her canceling on Brides right before their weddings and not refunding them.Initial Complaint

On February 28, 2022 I signed a contract with and paid Tiffany Caudill $800.00 for Photography and Videography services for my 12/17/2022 Wedding.
As of today, 09/14/2022, Tiffany created a post on her ******** page stating that she was terminating all contracts and was “unsure” of when she will be able to reissue funds as she has already spent them.
This not only effects myself but many other people that expected to receive services that they have already paid for.
I have included screen shots in regards to this matter and I appreciate any assistance that may be available.
Included in screen shots are copies of Tiffany’s ******** post, my contract, receipts of services I paid for and further posts about this matter from other individuals.
