Finance a car through Hermonos auto sales back in October 2023 car has started having issues ending in November was taking it to ******** for diagnostics. My **** ********* ******* popped up as a code for Catalyc converter. Upon my car Needing a catalytic converter, I have been taking my car back-and-forth to the dealer, letting them know that there was issues with the car kept getting told there’s nothing wrong with the car. I took it to Midas for a diagnostic. I was told again I need a Catalytic converter. I also had been having issues where the car was shutting off jerking the owner of the car dealership had sent a mechanic out a few times and he temporary fixed whatever issue was going on so I was able to use my car for the time being December 2023, the dealer owner that I needed a new pair converter and that was something he replaced and cover on his let him know a time when I can bring the car up to get it fixed. I reached out to him when I had time to, which was literally a couple weeks before I started school to let him know that I need the Catalyc converter fixed . I’ve been have been calling back-and-forth getting sent to voicemail being told he was in the office so he was out of The country. He was meeting with someone I kept getting hung up on. It was to the point. I had to go up there personally a couple times about my car, to where my car was on several occasions that it had been sitting I had to personally come out of my pocket $600 For labor and parts to a Mechanic to give me a tuneup change timing Solenoid air mass sensor And it’s came to the point where my car has now been sitting a little over two months I have been contacting this About the same thing, I kept getting the runaround. It became so bad to the point I took my car to a ********* service center and I was told I needed a whole new engine for over $12,000 and I have a baby and multiple severe health conditions in my transportation is a must and they need I’ve paid out-of-pocket nearly 5k

On 5/21/2022 I purchased a truck from Hermanos Auto Sales from salesmand Mark C********r who gave me the intial purchase agreement of $3500.00 but later after paying my money and the company failing to submit licensing documentation I was given a second purchase agreement and was to told I never paid for the vehicle. The truck was checked off sold as is, Mark (salesman) called an insurance company and put 90 days of insurance on it. which was supposed to fix all major issues with the truck as I was purchasing to exepite freight. He was going to give my partner and I the paperwork the following Saturday when we picked up the truck. I paid $3K by credit card and gave them 500 CASH the same day. When I returned back on Saturday to pick up the truck I was told it was not ready.

They were supposed to put the fuse cover back in under the dash and change the steering column out. It was hanging on so you couldn't see what gear it was in. Neither had been done when I returned, and the ignition switch locked up. He changed the ignition switch so the truck would start and left the other two things for me to come back and get fixed later. Which never happened.

I went back in June to to ask why he was ignoring my phone calls. I had left message after message because my partner and I had put in 3500 to 4000 in major parts already and I needed to file them with the insurance company. I had been a couple times to the BMV to get my tags and registration but was denied because mark had not filed paperwork. I had to pay him another 500 cash cause it for some reason had to be cash. My partner and I gave him the money for the taxes of the truck that day.
I should have received my title in two weeks but I did now. I tried calling him but the office never returned any of my calls and Mark's phone was shut off. After returning again to see why I have not received the title and still could not get my tags and registration.

In the meantime I was getting tickets because of different things the truck, and constantly pouring money into truck for major repairs. I had head work and brake systems replaced. Major repairs we wanted to file to the insurance company but because he failed to give the paperwork to me so I couldn't call myself and file them.

When we walked in to talk to Mark he was unavailable that day and the owner was there. We have never dealt with him before. That day everything mark had said was a lie. There was no insurance company to pay those major repairs, my two thousand dollars’ worth of tickets he was not paying anymore because he failed to give my BMV proper paperwork.
We left I never gave the man any more money .I went back to him one last time to ask for my title money for more than 6000 in repairs still has no tag or registration had been forced by the Illinois state police to buy one for six hundred to pass thru their state the Latino wrote a fake contract told me I owe over 8000 for my truck was not giving me my money for repairs, tickets, and put a lean on the title. My truck had been grounded by ******* State Police because their truck had no plates registration or tags even though two or three days before that Illinois forced me to buy one. It wasn't showing in the system yet. So, I had to take it to the loves truck stop. I asked the manager if it could sit a couple weeks she said yes. I told them the tags and registration should be in by then. A week or little over a week later a male Manager had my truck towed. I called the Latino guy told him her needed to pay for my truck. I didn't even know it had got towed and it was his fault I couldn't get the tags sooner. They wanted almost 1000 dollars. . I didn't have enough money. He left my vehicle. It got crushed. I had to pay 150 cash to get a few of my belongings out of it... Like the original the truck contact. I failed to grab the folder for all the repairs. It'was crushed with my truck. I want compound interest daily on the time the truck was grounded till I went back to work my money in repairs back money for tickets and the 4000 for the truck I never got pr paperwork on
