    We hired Prime Outdoor Living to complete a pool project at our home. Unfortunately, our experience has been frustrating and disappointing due to poor communication, lack of follow-through, and unprofessional handling of concerns.Throughout the project, communication was inconsistent and often confusing. Critical information about system operations (such as automation settings and pump compatibility) was not disclosed upfront during *********** leading to unnecessary confusion once installation was underway. When concerns were raised including issues with equipment functionality and the cleanliness of the pool they were either dismissed or minimized instead of being properly addressed. As paying customers, our feedback should have been treated with respect, not brushed aside.While we recognize that Prime Outdoor Living is a small company and may have a heavy workload, that is not an acceptable excuse for delays, lack of proactive updates, no shows no calls for scheduled service times, or an overall lack of attention to detail. We paid for this project in good faith, expecting timely, professional completion not excuses.Additionally, after stating that the project was paid in full, we were later presented with additional charges, some of which were not communicated clearly during the process. These last-minute invoices further undermined our trust in the companys billing transparency and project management.Although we hope to see the project completed properly, this experience has been needlessly stressful and disappointing. Based on our interactions, we would not recommend Prime Outdoor Living to others looking for professional, reliable service. We encourage future customers to get every detail in writing and to be prepared for communication challenges and delays.
