    I had a fraudulent charge on my credit card from MPW industrial services. Upon reporting the claim to my bank they suggested I contact the merchant. After contacting MPW they informed me they had no record of speaking with my bank and had no record of the purchase at all. After calling back several times to ask for supporting documentation to give my bank I have been unable to speak with someone despite 3 voicemails spreading over 3 weeks time.

    While MPW is sorry that *** **********’s card was
    fraudulently charged, MPW Industrial Services was not a party to that
    transaction. MPW does not make use of Square for charge transactions and no
    funds appeared in the bank for MPW in the amount of $2,052.20.

    The merchant type description as Management, consulting, and
    public relations in no way describes MPW Industrial Services. The correct
    description for MPW: MPW is the leading provider of technology-based industrial cleaning, facility management, water purification and environmental management services.

MPW Industrial Services, Inc is NOT a BBB Accredited Business.
