    I purchase used **** ****** ***** on 9/04/2024 I put a 1000 down well when I drive it home it starting running and hot and they said it was my radiator and so on Monday 09/09/24 Tammy send a tow truck pick it up around 10am and Tammy call me around 3 said my car is ready said it was ignition coil and I had bill of 94 well my car back out there on 09/10/24 don't know wrong with it this time I have nothing but trouble since I got this car and I have not have it for 30 days I'm single grandma rasing 4 grandkids on a fixed income I don't have money to pay everytime I have not had this car that long and Tammy said that owner was on vacation I ask Tammy if Tom could put in different vehicle and Tammy said she don't what Tom said all I want is different vehicle or my 1000 that I put down I have grandkids in the car they place sports and doctor appointment and thing I have not had this car a week been to them 3 times I'm so over this

    To whom it may concern,

     

    ******* purchased a ***** from the lot on 9/4/24, with a 30 day 50/50 warranty. About 3 hours after purchase, she came in saying the car shut down when she pulled in and the light came on the dashboard. Someone went to get the mechanic. Tami asked ******* if she was driving by or was already on her way out here for something (we are 10 miles from town). She said the car had made a noise and started smoking so she drove it out so we could hear it. Tami got her set up with a loaner vehicle to drive while we fixed the *****. We replaced the radiator at no cost to her. She had 2 more issues, and we replaced the ignition coils. As of today, we have the vehicle at the lot and we are working with her to make it right.

    On or about August 17, 2020 I purchased a ***** *. There was an issue with the car when I had driven about 10 miles going home. I told my sister that I needed to go back because the car would not shift out of 3rd gear and the AT light had come on. I was told the car would be fixed free of charge since I had just purchased it. I waited about 2 weeks and hadn't heard from them so I messaged them about the car. Was told they were waiting on a part. Another week goes by and no car. I asked if I could just come and get a different vehicle. I was told no because they had none in my price range. They did have when I bought the car. In the meantime my warranty is running out and expired when I get the car back. I drive the car for 2 months and the same thing happens again. Won't shift from 3rd and AT light comes on. I contact them to find out why car wasn't fixed when I was told it would be. Basically I wanted my down payment of $1000 and the state tax I sent them of $507 refunded and they could have the car. On December 8 I am told that I could have $50O refund or $500 off of another car. I requested the refund. I am taking a huge loss. I am a cancer patient that is living on social security and I can't even get the refund they offered. It is now December 30 and I still have no refund. I have doctor appointments that I need to go to and now have had to reschedule repeatedly due to trying to find transportation to get to them. I have messaged **** 3 times and have not gotten any response. I messaged them yesterday and informed them that I would be filling out a complaint. I now want what I originally asked for due to the inconvenience that I have had to deal with. I would not even consider getting another vehicle from them due to all of this and told them I hope they are proud of themselves for treating an individual with little means and a disability like this.

    ****** ******** purchased a car from us on August 17th, 2022. Upon leaving she had an issue with the car and brought it back immediately and left it with us to look at. We had one of our repair guys check it out and ordered the parts to fix it. With parts being delayed these days it took a few weeks to get the parts in and complete the repair. She had purchased the car with a 30 day 50/50 warranty but we did not charge her anything on the repair. A couple of months later she told us that the car had broken down and wanted to know how much the parts cost us so she could get it fixed. Then she contacted us again asking if she could trade it for a different car. We told her the 30-day warranty was up and that even giving her an extension from when she didn’t have the car it would still be up. But we would look at it for her and figure out the issue and the cost. She said she would take it somewhere local if she could drive it. Then she texted us again a few days later and said she wanted us to come pick up the car and to give her down payment and sales tax money back. My boss picked up the car and found that it had a different issue. But decided to give her back half of her down payment to which she agreed. If she had trouble getting ahold of us we was having problems with our phones as of then but she normally uses our text app which goes to the office computer. So if no one is at the desk we don’t see it till we are on the computer. We were also closed for the holidays from 12/22/22 – 1/2/23. A check was mailed and has been received and deposited for the $500 we agreed to.
