  It is with regret and disappointment that I bring attention to a troubling situation involving Wolf Lab Engineering LLC and its customers, myself included. My full operational 2016 Dodge Viper was entrusted to Wolf Lab for some engine work and modifications from February 2023 to December 2024, during which no meaningful work was completed. Over this period, I paid an amount exceeding $97,000 to WolfLab and its principal, *******. Because no meaningful work or progress at all was done to the vehicle we decided to remove the vehicle from Wolf Lab and transported to a different shop to work can be completed. At the time of the vehicle retrieval many parts from the vehicle were missing that until this date we haven’t received. Wolf Lab still owns me an excess of $50,000 that hasn’t been refunded yet.
  
  Also recently, Wolf Lab has taken legal action against me, naming me as a defendant in a lawsuit alleging defamation and the dissemination of misinformation because i decided to come forward and tell my story. However, I want to make it unequivocally clear that I will not be silenced or intimidated.
  
  WolfLab must be held accountable for its misconduct. I have endured nearly two years of deception and false promises, and I am determined to see this matter through to the end. It is imperative that we raise awareness about these actions to prevent others from facing similar hardships.
  
  I will not rest until justice is achieved. Please are seeking our money back!
  
  We have added images of wired transfer payments receipts, images of missing parts (wheels/tires, engine X brace, bumper rear diffuser receipts and shipped to Wolf Lab), images of vehicle engine in pieces on pickup day 12/02/2024). Also, text conversation from ******* ***** (Wolf Lab *****) stating that my engine work was almost completed back in 2023 which was a complete lie because when we picked the vehicle no engine work was done at all.

  The truck was taken to Wolf Lab Engineering in January 2023 to upgrade and install performance parts. Over the course of the next two years I paid them for parts and labor for fuel system upgrades, computer, and engine management system. In May of 2024 they brought the truck back to my house, he said because "he was being audited and didn't want it there for the audit." He said he'd be back in a couple weeks to pick it up. Since them we have repeatedly called, texted and emailed with no response except for one text received from the owner in November 2024 saying "I will give you call tomorrow on the truck and shop progression to get it finished." We have heard nothing since and have stopped by the shop on 1218 ***** several times and the owner is never there. I have thoroughly reviewed all my invoices and receipts and determined we have paid $13,574.59 for parts that were never received and $3315 for labor that was not completed.
