Failing to reimburse for service charged fully in advance but not delivered. This company will not be able to deliver service paid fully in advance.

We have not received response from **** ****** with regards to a refund that is owed to Enerser. We write a few requests for the reimbursement for the money we paid in advance covering attendance to our Board Meetings, as stated on the attached proposal. Stratas Advisors is not able to comply with the proposal, therefore we are requesting for a refund of 75% of the money we paid in advance for the adviser attendance to four Board Meetings. He just attended to one on april 2022, but could not attend the sessions scheduled in July and October 2022, as well as the next one, scheduled for January 2023, because he has left Stratas Advisors.

Therefore we are respectfully requesting a reimbursement for the corresponding meetings that he could not attend for the remainder of the year, taking into account that we paid for four meetings in 2022, with associated feeds of $34,900 which is $8,725 / per Board Meeting.

We share the bank details for the refund, as well as the estimated date to receive it, but we did not receive a response, even with the four refund requests sent by email to the company's president and collaborators.
We hope you can help us manage this situation and that other companies do not go through the same.

    Dear ********

With respect to ID ********, it our view that contract is with Stratas Advisors and that Stratas Advisors can provide the requested services given the overall capabilities of our firm, which includes extensive knowledge and experience pertaining to the refining and fuels sector from a global perspective and with respect to North America (Canada, US and Mexico) and Latin America. We provide consulting and advisory services for many clients involved in this sector and geographic region, including some of the largest international oil companies, as well as distributors, traders and retailers. I personally have more than 40 years of relevant experience, including providing strategic advice at the senior executive level and for companies operating within the pertinent geographic region.

If this offer is not acceptable, Stratas Advisors is offering to apply the funds to continuation of access to our Short-Term Outlook service (which is a service Enerser has been subscribing to since 2020) with access through the end of 2023. This duration represents a value of USD 21,900. Additionally, Stratas Advisors will grant six (6) complimentary Stratas Coins (each with a value of USD 1,500), which Enerser can utilize for additional research and consulting support from Stratas Advisors and represents a value of USD 9,000. The total value of the combined offer is USD 30,900.

    Best Regards
