Being harassed non stop by numerous calls from them daily for weeks; every time I block the number they call from different number. Never use this company its a massive scam and now I am stuck with them calling 3-5 times daily

There were red flags from the beginning which should have warned me about this company. When we had the rep come out and give us a quote, he made it seem like he wasn't going to leave my house until we agreed with the service. This is a $8,000 system so I wanted time to go over our finances but he wasn't going to leave without us signing. In hindsight I should never agreed to this service. I had my services installed on Tuesday which went well. I called Wednesday to the service department to report that there is an issue. My water was still silty and off color. They said someone will call me back by end of day, no one did. I called Thursday and reported they said that I will receive a call by end of 2nd business day. They assured me that they have escalated my ticket, which probably just lip service to get me off the phone. Friday I finally get a call. I call them back and leave voicemail. I also left text message and per the message he left me. Well you guessed it, I got no reply. I called the service number again, same person answered. She assured me that the ticket has been escalated and try the office number. I called the office number at 4 and got we are closed please leave message. So I left message. Monday comes, still no one reached out to me. I called the main number and they referred me to the service number. I call service number and they said call main number, Can you even imagine a business operating like this? After I left a poor review on the trust pilot, I finally got a call. So on Monday we arranged for him to come out Thursday between 9-11. called him at 1:30 to see if he is still coming out Long story short DO NOT GET THIS SERVICE. If they don't want to fix my silty water issue, what happens if this system fails and I have flooding in my house. No one cares at this company. They were paid and that is all they care about. No supervisor called me to apologize. Not even after the bad review I gave them. Do yourselves a favor and avoid at all costsLeaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.. I would not recommend this company , I purchased this system and it is exactly like "purchasing a timeshare" price comes down must sign today..Salesman left our home after 6pm on a Friday night, the installer was her at 2 pm Saturday he finished by flashlight, the system was not working and all calls to him were not returned, NO one called us, on Tuesday morning we made a decision we did not want this hassle and all these problems, we are in our 80's. NOW all calls and emails go unanswered, we want this unit our of our home and off our house. This has been since Dec.5 2023 Tomorrow I will be calling the NBC network and there is an attorney there who claims to be able to help people like us and bring it on the news......**********Leaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.
