We have high iron in our well water, which left red stains in our tub and sinks, and it smells like sulfer. Our tap water turned red with in 15 minutes of sitting out. We did not drink or cook with it. Spent a lot of money on jug water. Decided to have Leaf Home Water Solutions install a new water system. The day after having it installed we left a bowl of water on the counter for a week and it did not turn red and the water does not smell anymore. It's been 2 months and I have not had any issues. I no longer have to use harsh chemicals to clean my tub. I recommend Leaf Home Water Solutions.

I dealt with Leaf Water Solutions from 11-15-22 to 1-20-23 It was a nightmare. Their system requires lugging 40 lb bags of salt, in spite of having had spinal surgery. The the size and difficulty of the salt bags was not mentioned. After the installation they directed the salt water discharge toward my natural gas equipment. Never ************** corrosion.They exhibited lack of concern for my well being. From their "hands off" attitude despite my surgical disability ("We don't provide salt") to their silence when asked about the "boil water" restrictions in the face of a system that had no power to cleanse itself.Their operating manual is flawed. If one uses the manual for adding salt, the system would choke on salt. It shows salt as resting above the tank water level. It should be below. It seems the problems with Leaf are systemic.The control head that regulates salt consumption failed 12-4-22 even though **** found no fault with it 6 days earlier.**** arranged electricians who failed in many ways. First they tried to jury rig the system with my electrical extension cord across open ground. They later installed an outlet attached to my kitchen outlet. The installation failed. It never worked. I had to hire an electrician to replace the defective outlet so my new filter system could be installed. Two months passed without proper power outlets.All the time I had the Leaf system it was not in working order.Multiple service calls and repeated notices I sent the company of problems including photos were ignored by **** in denying my warranty claim. Despite the failures, **** maintains the equipment was working at all times. (how with no power?)Leaf's warranty process is ineffective. Their timeline ignored documented facts of ****'s failures.**** attempts to hide behind the alleged "independent" nature of electrical contractors. They recruit, assign work to and reimbursed me to pay them. Then they accept no responsibility for their failuresLeaf Home Water Solutions, LLC.

We are enjoying our new water system. Our water flows freely and frees us from worrying about water and its use. Our fresh water flows into our glass or cup for drinking or cooking. Our softening system is working great and I loaded it with fresh salt. Warned by the digital window on the tank. Easier process from our previous system.
