    I placed two orders with Dan Soap, November 29, 2024 and December 27, 2024. This happened because I forgot I placed the first the order due to the fact that I never received the product. Payment was made electronically and deducted from my bank account. In February when I still had not received either order I contacted them via e-mail, the only contact information available, to check on the order status. To date I still have not received any communication from them. When I pull up my order on the website it states pending fulfillment. Each order was $35.98 for a total of $71.96. I would like them to refund payments as after 5 months they have not filled my orders or corresponded with me.

    I placed an online order via the companies website *************** on August 29th, 2024. I was charged $53.97 (order # *****) and never received my order or any correspondence from the company. Tried reaching out to the company. Heard an initial email saying the saw my concern but have heard nothing.

    I placed an order through the DanSoap website and my credit card was charged but my order was never delivered. I have repeatedly reached out to let them know of the issue but no one has returned my emails. There is no phone number to call.
