      11.22.23 Mr Appliance sent 2 technicians out to repair my dryer and to order the part of 378.95$ . The sent a technician out the next Tuesday to fix it and no part no was one sent to my home as they claimed. I have made dozens of phone calls to get my money back for failure to follow through with service and parts. I expect no charges three weeks later and a full refund. I need help in getting my money and clearly the way the conduct business is fully been reporting on the amount of all the complaints listed here in the last couple of months. This looks to be fraud and many people scammed.

      I contacted them and they came out to repair our washer. We needed a start stop switch. We were charged $290.91. I was charged for a service call and parts, but the parts are no longer made, and they refuse to refund for the parts of $171.91. They do not return my calls, and have bgun not answering my calls. I would like a refund.

      Being charged for repairs made that were incorrectly diagnosed. Of the $1,338.90 charged, this company was willing to refund me $434.87.

      My first appointment was on September 29th to have my washer fixed. They came and stated it was the bearings and struts.Paid and made appointment to come back when parts came in(delivered to my home). Made another appointment repairman came out, all the parts weren't ordered. Waited another week for appointment and parts.********* came out, fixed the washer. Used the washer, wouldnt drain water. Called Mr. Appliance, scheduled another appointment and stated it was the pump. Came out fixed the pump, still not working correctly. Made another appointment for Oct. 18, ********* was a no show no call and now Mr. Appliance of ****** is not answering my calls or email. I would not recommend them for ************. I would like a full refund.

      On 10.6.23 they came out and estimated the repair of our fridge (per their diagnosis) to cost $785.66. We paid them that day without apparently any diagnosis and definitely no repair. Scheduled to come back on 10.11.23, showed up, could not disassemble the fridge without damaging it, could not put it back together correctly. Said if they tried to repair one thing with their tools could cause it to explode or an explosion. Left saying someone would contact us to reschedule the repair. ***** said they were Bosch certified and a Bosch certified tech was specifically requested. Obviously no certified. No one has ever called to reschedule, have called them multiple timea without anyone answering, having to leave multiple messages, no return calls. Called another number which originally scheduled they finally said on the third call that they are an answering service and could not provide any number to reach someone at corporate office or otherwise. They took almost $800 and I am in the same position I was in when they originally came out and took our money.

      May 2023, I had Mr. Appliance technician ****** ****** come out to inspect my Equator washer/dryer combo. I had just bought it and it was making a lot of noise (shaking, rattling, very loud vibrations..). He came and "inspected" it the first time, didn't hear any noises when he was there and left (the noises only occurred during high spin cycle and he was there after it had ran into dryer mode). I had to have him come out a second time June 2023, where he "diagnosed" the issue as broken shocks and put in an order for parts. I paid $458.77 upfront in June 2023. The company kept saying the parts where on backorder every time I called since then and never came to fix the issue. Come to find out, the shipping rods were still inserted into the back of the machine and that was what was causing the noises. There are absolutely no issues with the shock absorbers, at all. I called almost 2 weeks ago (Sept 2023) to get a refund issued, and I was told it would take a week for the financial department to release the funds and return the money to my account. Every time I have called since then, no one has answered the phone and no one has called me back.

      They have a disclaimer in their receipt that refunds cannot be issued from special order parts even if they haven't been ordered or are on backorder, but I didn't even need the parts replaced to begin with so I feel like I should be able to receive a full refund due to their inadequate inspection of the machine.

      Mr.Appliance came out on 08/03/23 and diagnosed what was wrong with my fridge. I accepted the quote, they charged me the full amount of the repair and said that is their policy up front. They were supposed to return two weeks later to fix the fridge on 08/17/2023. They never showed up. I was told it was because they did not receive the parts yet, so they stopped the appointment. They then rescheduled the following week 08/24/2023 and once again they were still missing one of the parts , so they rescheduled again 08/31/23. Then once again, they did not show. This time when I called I was informed the business has shut their doors and that they are national but each store is privately owned and they were not sure how to help me get my money back. I have since called corporate offices everyday for the past week. I have yet to have someone call me back that can even speak to me about the matter. I would love help in getting my money refunded or pointed in the right direction of what step I need to proceed with next.

      We contracted service for washer repair and paid for the service. We scheduled a day for return. When I called to find out what time they would be arriving I was told the business was out of business. They have failed to return any calls to resolve this issue.

      Aug31,
      Mr. Appliance sent a tech named ******* to diagnose our refrigerator. It was not cooling, the coldest it would get was 71 degrees. ******* stated that we needed to compressor and a Drier-UV part which he ordered.
      We paid in full $1442.81 for him to order a Compressor & a Drier-UV part.

      Aug.4th
      Our scheduled install date however though confirmed by ****** (I called to double check) Mr. Appliance was a no show. I left work early to meet the technician.

      Aug.11th
      Mr.Appliance sent another technician named *****. He stated that our refrigerator was misdiagnosed said it needed a new thermostat and jazz board. He also noted that it would take two days to arrive.

      Fast forward to August 15 no service has been done to the refrigerator. I have called daily to speak to the manager who is also the owner. His name is **** *****. He has not once reached out to rectify the situation.

      All I am requesting is our $1442.81 back.
      I have made this request known to the phone rep at Mr. Appliance w zero response from anyone.

      Today is day 16 without refrigeration.
