      Mr. Appliance is the worst company that I have ever done business with. I should have known when they kept me waiting a full day, only to call and cancel shortly before closing stating that the technician's vehicle had broken down. They rescheduled for the next day, arriving very late in the day. The technician diagnosed a problem within minutes but stated that he doesn't carry any parts. The part would be ordered, and he would return a week later. He would not schedule unless he received payment in full. The office called the day before the appointment, again near 5:00 pm, cancelling as the part would not arrive in time. It turns out that the part was coming from ********* to Columbus and wasn't shipped out/ ordered until the day before. Why wasn't it ordered the first of the week and not waiting until Thursday before a Friday appointment. Unbeknownst to me, the part was being shipped to my home. They promised to be out Tuesday of the next week, but cancelled due to a medical emergency. The technician was then scheduled for the next day but well over an hour into the scheduled slot, customer service called stating that the technician was still in the hospital. At this time, I have filed in small claims court hoping to receive my money back. It is not company policy to refund money and customer service is nearly impossible to reach. DO NOT USE this company. They have an F rating with the BBB. NO STARS but had to give 1.

      Stars should be negative 5. ******** customer service and service overall. They will quickly analysis and diagnosis an appliance issue. Take payment and committed to service repair date. They then reschedule over and over again with different excuses. The repairs never happen and they will not respond for refunds. Complete scam and I am out $700.NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

      We contracted with Mr. Appliance of ****** to inspect our dishwasher. The technician, ****, told us during the initial inspection that he suspected that our 2018 Bosch dishwasher had another 7 or 8 years left. We asked him what he would do in our shoes, and he did not recommend buying a new machine, stating that we had many years left on this machine. Based on that representation, we decided to go forward with repairs. Mr. Appliance supposed to have the parts in within four days. It took 3 additional trips and 11 more days for the parts to arrive. On the fourth trip, a substitute technician, ***, installed the control panel and without waiting for the machine to complete a full cycle (as promised in the repair guarantee), he left the site, reporting it functional. It never was.On the fifth trip, 15 days after the first, **** identified the problems as the dishwasher's inlet valve and circulation pump, which were never disclosed to us before. **** then said, "that's why I told you to buy a new dishwasher," when he never said anything close to that.A messy, expensive, and unprofessional experience from start to finish, capped with a bald-faced lie that left us speechless in its audacity. We will never again use Mr. Appliance, and will recommend to everyone we know not to use them

      Mr ********************** wants 500 dollars to come out and check are oven it not working and they should never take this much money if you are not going to do the job poor service

      Do not hire!!!! Gave 1 star only because I had to. Since my initial call its been 5 weeks and I still dont have a working appliance. I have had 2 different technicians out to my house and the company has rescheduled their appointments to come 3 times, with excuse after excuse of reasons for rescheduling. I have asked to speak with a supervisor or manager at least 5 times with no return call. Absolutely terrible customer service and worthless company!!!

      Made an appt to have my side by side refrigerator ***** that was 5 years and 6 months old checked because on June 30th it stopped cooling. I received a recommendation from a friend that they had used Mr. Appliance. I called on July 1st to schedule an appt for a look to see what was wrong. They rescheduled that appt once or twice (not sure) but finally the nicest guy came to my home (****) but he was soon to be leaving the company. He stated the problem and I contacted ** to have them send Mr. Appliance a proof a purchase. Mr. Appliance stated over and over they did not receive it and finally I had a three way call with ** and Mr. Appliance and ** faxed the document while we all were on the line. To be honest I am not sure who should have ordered the compressor (for the repair) but it took approximately 3 weeks. I would contact Mr. Appliance and always received a nonchalant response. They rescheduled twice before the compressor came and then after I received it they reschedule twice again. They finally gave me a date of Aug 9th, and we were thrilled. However on August 8th at 12:57 pm Mr. Appliance called and stated they are no longer dealing with **. I am sure this was something they may have known before the last hour. This has placed my family with an heck of a dilemma because to repair my refrigerator, companies wish to start over even though I have the compressor sitting on my living room floor. This is very inconvenient and more than that extremely expensive for a refrigerator that I consider not very old

      Don't bother calling them. He didn't show up for my appointment. When I called and left a message, he called me back and asked me to send a Pic of my serial number inside my refrigerator and he would just go ahead and order it. I waited 3 weeks for my appointment and no call no show. Send me Pic....I get a phone call three days later stating they do not work on ** anymore. I need to call ** back and get someone else to do it! Terrible business ethics! Don't bother calling them.

      Has been since may and I still don't have a running refrigerator. They changed the compressor and dryer and is still not working. Was supposed to send someone a week later to look at and canceled again and won't be here for 2 weeks. I just want my money back to buy a new refrigerator.

      I called Mr. Appliance company in ************ for a gas leak in my 5 year old stove. The serviceman came out, advised that the gas company said it was likely an igniter that needs tightened or replaced, was here for several hours, finally said it was the control panel and he had to order and come back. He also said the gas company didnt know what they were talking about. I immediately asked him for itemized receipt which he assured would be on bill that he would email AFTER I paid. I paid and received ONLY a total due bill (approx $600) via email after he left. I called Mr ********************** office and manager stated they dont give Itemized bill. I insisted, the conversation then escalated and the manager swore, hung up on me and blocked my number. I then reached out to a rural repairman who found that the problem was not the control panel but the burner in the oven; he found that (they) had replaced my burner with one that had spliced wiring and was left loose inside the oven. This stove is only 5 years old and has never had anyone look at it or repair it until Mr ********************** serviceman. The conclusion is that the stove likely just needed the original igniter tightened up. Instead Mr ********************** took my original igniter, replaced it with a spliced igniter and left it loosely installed, only to order a control panel that I did not need ( and likely they had plans never to install) , then put my original igniter back in as it should be, telling me the control panel was the problem. This is a very shady, unprofessional organization. Do NOT Use this company - ******* ** location and main dispatch call office in **** **

      Do not use them. I had them try to fix my washer. They came out for 15 minutes. They ordered the part. They kept changing my appointment date. So 3 weeks later I had to call someone else to actually fix it. Now they wont refund the $403 for the part. Please dont fall for them.
