      My 2 yr old freezer wasn't cooling and green light was flashing. Called Mr ********************** on *******. Tech Lukecame out Friday 4-19-24. He found the problem and wanted me to pay for parts (to be ordered) up front. I said no I won't do that I will pay for the service call today and pay the rest when it is repaired. He took my card and proceeded to say he was putting full amount on my card. I said no I was only paying for service call. He snatched the credit card out of my hand!! I grabbed it back. He called his mgr and we both talked to the manager. It was agreed they would overnight the part and be back Monday. In the meantime I had a whole side of beef and no way to keep it frozen. Monday comes and Tech **** walks in and asks me for the part. I was totally confused as I thought it was being shipped to them. So my husband and I had a 3way call to Mr ********************** and they say the part was delivered to wrong address! What??. They reordered and this time had it delivered to them and Tuesday **** shows up again with parts. Puts them on tells me everything is up and running and I give him a check for parts. I was busy with mom's picking up their kids and took his word for it. Big mistake! I walked back there and freezer isn't even plugged in! So I plugged it in. The green light was flashing like it did before and was not running again. I called and talked to the mgr again and he said that **** did plug it in and checked it and unplugged it and left. That is their policy! I asked who does that?? We argued some more and he said maybe the plug fell out! What? Argued some more and then he said we ALWAYS plug appliances in before leaving. I said wait 2 minutes ago you told me it was your policy to unplug which is it? So I hung up on him. Stopped payment on the check. Took video of my freezer NOT working! Please DO NOT use any Mr **********************! They lie lie lie! They take your money and don't do anything!

      I will be disputing the charges today on my card. Same as all the other reviews. Told me my part would get delivered to my house, it never came, they canceled services the ***** before they were supposed to come. I had already taken two days off of work for them, the girl on the other line was unamused and could not care less. I ask for my money back since a service was not done. Scam

      Awful. Techs have no clue what they are doing, office staff provides no communication and owner doesnt keep his word. Hired and paid in May. Never fixed the issue. Forced to find another service provider.Do not waste your time with this vendor. I have no idea how they are still in business.

      If you need an appliance repaired I strongly suggest you stay clear of "Mr ************************ I had them repair a Frigidaire freezer. They replaced the evaporator fan motor which seemed to fix the problem and charged me $397.88. 5 months later the same evaporator fan motor faulted out and the food in freezer was quickly thawing out. I called "Mr *********************** 8 times in 2 days. Every time I called I was immediately transferred to a recording that went through the standard mantra that my call is very important and they are busy handling other calls, stay on the line and we'll get to me ASAP. Eventually the recording says leave a message and we'll get back ASAP. I've called 8 times and left 4 messages with my name and phone number............after 3 days and 8 calls I've had no response from Mr ********************** and I'm confident I will get no response.*************************

      BUYER BEWARE!!!! Lots of empty promises! I was told a part I needed for my washer was on order after a visit from a rep on July 27, 2023. I kept calling and calling. Supposedly my part was on order and I was told that it would come to my house. Then I received another phone call that the service install was to be between August 25-27. No part arrived! I called again the following week only to be told by a different Mr. Appliance that somehow answered the phone in another city that the Dayton office had closed the day before and to contact my VISA card company to file a dispute and to contact the BBB. I filed my dispute and am waiting on that.
      Meanwhile, I looked at my credit card statement today and Mr. Appliance put another charge for the same amount on my card! So, now I have 2 disputes and may be out almost $1,000!!! The credit card company gave me the number for Mr. Appliance that showed on their end and I called and spoke with XXX today. Again, I was told my part was ordered. I told him I didn't want the part, to cancel my TWO charges. He promised that he would relay this situation to whomever and would call me back. I have NOT received any further communication!

      They are the worst service company with whom I have dealt. They do not return calls, refuse to allow us to talk to the owner. They have close to $3000 of our money and still have not fixed the issue after 2 months. I fear we have been scammed.

      This was the worst experience. We were told it would cost $400 to fix our washing machine. We were trying to save some money and opted to fix the washer. Much to my dismay the first time I used my washer after it being, “fixed”. It still did not work. I paid for a part, service call and labor and was left with a non working machine. I called to request a refund for my service that was not completed. The brand new motor did not work. I was then told that I could not get a refund, they refused and told me it may need yet ANOTHER part that I would have to also pay for but they would discount the labor charge. I don’t know how it could need a new part when the repair guy used a computer program to diagnose the issue & tested the washer to confirm it worked. However the part didn’t work and the original issue was never fixed. So now I am out $400 and have to purchase a new washing machine. I am flabbergasted that this company just stole $400 from my family. It is awful and sad, I will never use an appliance repair company ever again after this. I will simply purchase a new appliance because this experience has been awful. The customer service rep was also incredibly rude. I just can’t get over the down right thievery of this company.

      The Worst Company man left tools at my house would not get a replacement screw said he did not have time to finish the job I DO NOT RECOMMEND

      I do not recommend this company. They are not taking responsibility for the damages they have done to my custom cabinets.
      Sept 12th, I contacted Mr. Appliance following a warranty claim filed with Bosch for my oven experiencing a problem, error code E118. I let Mr. Appliance know that this is the error code on the oven. They scheduled a tech to come and diagnose the problem for Sept 13th.
      Sept 13th, a Mr. Appliance tech was supposed to arrive between 1:15pm-3:15pm. I received a call during this timeframe informing me the tech is sick and a tech could come out the next day.
      Sept 14th, a Mr. Appliance technician came out to troubleshoot, although the error code was shared which is defined as “Wall oven or range is not operational due to burned out cooling fan”. No work was performed. Advised that a new cooling fan will be ordered and sent to me for installation.
      Sept 19th The repair required removing the oven from the custom wall cabinet to replace the cooling fan unit. Tech went to place new fan in unit and noticed it was damaged. Tech placed the oven back into cabinet and scheduled installation for Sept 22nd.
      Sept 22nd, The tech replaced the cooling fan in the unit and tested the oven. Following the installation, I noticed that my custom cabinet was damaged and notified Mr. Appliance. I was asked to send pictures and emailed five pictures.
      Sept 26th, Mr. Appliance said they are not responsible to any damage done to cabinets and is not willing to refund me for any damage done by their technician. Interestingly enough, the same technician pulled out the oven on Sept 19th and did not cause damage to my cabinets. However, on Sept 22nd, there was damage to my cabinets in several areas. Mr. Appliance is not willing to work with me on solving this matter.
