    Called Monday morning about an issue I had with my garage door and was originally told by **** they most likely could come out this week. 2 days go by and no call back, called Wednesday morning and **** tells me they have so many people that have doors that are not working (which is exactly what my issue is) that it will be next week at best. I told him I work an hour away and I need to plan ahead to be there, he says "We will call when we are on our way, that is the best I can do." Completely unprofessional, I wasted 2 days waiting for nothing when I could've called a better and more professional company. I called ******* ******** **** and I will never call Wagner Overhead again!

    Took a look at your review. We are currently so busy with service, with no end in sight. Your service call is important by all means, but we had some customers with cars trapped, ******************** hit and manufacturing companies with doors down that called before you. We go by emergency service first and the rest gets funneled in by order they came in. We had all hopes to get you taken care of this week but it was looking like we werent able too. **** tried to let you know it would be next week and in the hopes of maybe we could work something out if you couldnt be there. I apologize you werent happy, we tried and this review can only make us better as a company.
