    Phantom is a good name for this company
    I ourchased three retractable screens from Tristate Retrctable Screens last October. Over the winter the screens were not operating correctly and they would not close completely and one did not open fully. The company did not leave any instructions or a manual on how to adjust the travel. It is the corporate policy not to permit the customer to make adjustments to honor their lifetime warranty. This places the customer at the mercy of the local rep for service and maintenance.
    I contacted the company who installed the screens (Tristate) and left several voice mail messages. There is no live person to take calls. After leaving several calls I then went to the address of the company which is a home. I spoke with the individual there who said he had sold the business, which is now called Phantom Screens. He contacted the new owner and gave him my contact information. The new owner acknowledged that he had received my voice mail messages. He said he would call me. Again no calls. I sent an email message and a couple of days later he replied requesting available dates and times that I would be at home. I provided two weeks of dates and times AND I stated that if he would provide me a date, I would leave the screens up and leave the controller so he could make the adjustment while I was away. NO RESPONSE.
    I have since contacted Phantom Screens Corporate Office to get them to contact the owner. This has gone on for 4 weeks. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
