On Sept., 15, 2017, BBB Accreditation was suspended due to one pending unanswered and unresolved complaint filed July 27, 2017, alleging concerns with original workmanship of a roof installation, seeking any needed repairs, and and indicating they were unable to contact the company. BBB notified the company about the complaint and made multiple follow-up requests, but to date BBB has not received a response from the company. Due to these matters, the company is not currently meeting BBB Accreditation standards to be responsive and address marketplace disputes quickly and in good faith.

The company has Sept. 25, 2017 to appeal this action.

The matter will be reviewed by the BBB’s Board of Directors. The Board’s next two meetings are current scheduled Sept. 26 and Oct. 24, 2017.
