    Caring, Professional, Easy to work with, Understanding, Efficient, Ethical, Collaborative, Trusting and Authentic are just the basic adjectives of EPIC when they worked in my home. They worked closely with me and my insurance to handle the needs of my home and a mental health crisis within my family. Both the mitigation and restoration teams on a bedroom fire we had were exceptional teams. I highly and will always recommend them!!

    Never hire this company!. My neighbor hired them to repair a gutter on their garage. I was told that there would be some trimming of my tree near the gutter. The workers showed up, did not contact me to tell me what they were going to trim, and immediately started butchering my tree. We saw what they were doing and stopped them otherwise they probably would have taken all of the branches off the side of the tree. They did not even cut off branches near the gutter. They butchered branches - major branches - lower down ruining the side of the tree and left only stubble. We received no apology. These guys were uncaring jerks who destroyed my property without asking or talking to me.
    If you value your property and relations with your neighbors, do not hire this company.

    This company is 100% one of the best experiences I have had top to bottom. They respond quickly, they show up when they say, they protect your property, they DO NOT take short cuts. They are hands down the best company in the valley to call if you need HELP....
