    On 8/5/22 Douglas Cope with Cope Services INC stated he could cut 2 trees out of my front yard and have it all hauled away by end of day 8/5 for $1500. That did not happen. Saturday 8/6 he dented my gutter and put a hole in my siding by dropping a huge tree limb on it. Sunday 8/7 he snapped my power and cable lines off the pole with the same careless actions. I asserted I would like them to leave at that point, Doug & his wife would not. We had to call police and have them escorted off with the agreement there would be no payment, but they took the wood they had already cut to sell it and keep that money. They came back unannounced and unwelcome at 830 pm 8/16 and began cutting the trees again and driving recklessly through my yard. I went outside and asked them to leave as I had to work and did not feel safe leaving Cope Services unattended in my yard due to previous encounters and damage. Doug and his wife became EXTREMELY irate, belligerent and confrontational. They were very threatening, unprofessional and absolutely refused to leave my property that I own. This behavior continued until the police came again. Doug is a registered sex offender in Butler County Ohio and is EXTREMELY unsafe, aggressive, unpredictable and unqualified to be a tree cutter. I had a verified tree cutting business professional assess Cope's work and advise it was not being done safely or properly the same day I had asked them to leave. I would like repairs done for the damage they caused as well as no further harassment from this company.
