    DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE.We bought a car from here and the owner seemed honest and helpful. Also bought a warranty which we thought would have us covered. The car had low mileage and was in great shape, so we thought. 45 days after having the car, it started making strange noises so we had it looked at. We were then told the car was UNSAFE to drive. the subframe was unattached and could not be fixed because there was nothing to attach the frame to. It was completely rusted out. We took it back to him and he said his "guy" could fix it, Kept the car for over a week while we paid for a rental. When we got the car back, the sound stopped, but that was short-lived. We took it back to a different shop and they said " they have never seen anything like it" Both shops have pictures that I can't even look at! the sad thing is that he knew the car was a graduation present for my son who went to school with his daughter!!! Anyone who could sell a car that they KNOW was unsafe and for a 17-year-old should be ashamed of themselves. Even though we signed the "as is" contract, We have been informed that because the dealer made obvious modifications without disclosing them and how unsafe the car is, we contacted an attorney. We are in a terrible situation and he won't take our calls or when he does he says he will call back but doesn't. We will no longer be asking him to do the right thing. Instead, we will let the courts decide.

    Warning-Warning-Buyer Beware!!
    Spent 10K on a BMW. Got the warranty! They use 3rd party warranties that do not cover anything to do with drivetrain. Do not be fooled. US Auto Sales will not take responsibility for the horrible warranty. I took the car to get serviced and found out the car needs 8k worth of work to keep it on the road all before the 2nd payment was due. All responses form US Auto sales have claimed I am the one at fault. "user error", " I cannot predict the future" and "call the warranty company". I urge anyone looking for a quality used car please take your business anywhere but US Auto sales in Mason Ohio. Absolutely the worse used care experience possible.
