    Took my taxes for review in April 2022. I called numerous times wondering why I hadnt heard from them. I did receive 1 call I believe in August explaining they had been busy. Now its December and all I want is Fox tax to return my tax forms. Ive again called numerous times without response. Im being audited and only have 60 days to respond. Frustrated beyond words.

    The return in question was an amendment not of a return we had done. The work was completed in Oct and the client called and told it was finished and needed to be picked up. She was also informed of day and hours we would be available for this pick up. She did not come in to pick up. My web site, voice mail, and front door all state very clearly that after April 15th everything must be done by appointment. There were no messages left at the office between Oct 13 and Dec 14 when we received a message from her attorney. The original papers have been returned.
