    Paid for basement waterproofing and concrete patio. The basement is still leaking water and they said they would come back to resolve issue and no one is responding.

    Palumbo concrete and waterproofing was contracted at my residence for waterproofing an existing structure and pouring a new concrete driveway in the start of October 2023. The contractor took note of where all of the utilities were located underground outside and inside. The contractor mistakenly hit and severed the electrical and plumbing line to the garage. The electrical has had intermittent issues ever since the contractor said the electrical connection was fixed at the end of October. The contractor has been in agreement to fix the issue ever since he accepted final payment (if the issue should resurface). The contractor has been providing me with resolutions but continues to delay a few weeks more (multiple times) and does not return messages. We had come to an acceptable agreement of the contractor had a few different options to rectify the issue. I am only seeking for the contractor to fix the issue, or provide funds for me to hire another specialized contractor, or mixed approach.
