    "I made the mistake of trusting this jiffylube to complete a simple oil change on my 2015 Honda Fit. I had my oil change done on 9/20/2023 and by 9/21/2023 my plastic cover that covers the bottom of the engine compartment was dragging and falling off. I was in Cleveland when I noticed and attempted to temporarily secure it to get home I cut my hand and chipped a nail in the process as well due to their error along with likely irreparable damage to the plastic engine cover. This engine cover was just replaced less than 6 months ago because when I bought the car it was missing. They couldn't even do a simple job of properly putting it back how they found it. I only went here because my regular mechanic was backed up and I figured it was an oil change how hard could it be. I should have looked at the reviews for this location sooner because they obviously pay little to not attention to detail and have done this before per their 1st review on Yelp. I will be going up there first thing in the morning and requesting the replacement cost of the part plus to speak with the franchise owner. Please keep in mind I had to deal with this trying to come home from a Guardians game at 11:00 pm at night and lay on the ground on the side of the freeway to do the temporary and I just had surgery two weeks ago so I shouldn't have even been doing this but I had to get home. I will never ever use a jiffy lube location again and sure as heck not this one. I think maybe they need to investment in some better techs.

    October 2022, I had an oil change. There is a protective plate that was not secured correctly. It ended up scraping and had to pull over on side of freeway to see what was happening. Ended up drive to next exit. Jacked the car up, had to purchase tools to remove the plate. A new plate was ordered, and re-installed. This plate became loose and started scraping. I live 35 minutes from Jiffy Lube was not able to drive out there. I attempted to secure it so I could drive there, but ended up pulling a muscle in my back. I drove to Mr. Tire and they were able to order a new plate and install. Jiffy Lube did pay for this. I was told I would get refund from the oil change. I have been texting Eric, manager who keeps saying he will take care of it... weeks go by, I call or text him and he says it is being take care of. It is now going on 5 months and no refund for the oil change and purchase of tools I had to buy after pulling on the side of freeway.... just poor customer service, I keep telling him that I want to speak with the owner, and of course he keeps telling that yes, that can happen. This has been the most awful experience, and no compensation for all the frustration, risking my life getting out of car on freeway, pulling a muscle in my back when trying to secure it myself so I could drive back to Jiffy Lube. The number attached to the complaint is Eric, the GM. Please help me. I don't know why they cannot just credit my checking account, he told me the 'check is in the mail'. That was a month ago.
