    On 1/28/24, after speaking with someone at *** ******** **** (which is apparently the gym's billing vendor), I emailed a request to ************** to have my adult daughter taken off my gym membership. She no longer lives with me and hasn't been to the gym. I followed the prescribed instructions (which, in my opinion, are excessive) but never received a response. I have continued to be charged $26.68 a month. I want her taken off my account and I want it backdated to January, or before - I'm sure they can look up the last time she was there. It has been YEARS. I am a 20 year member of this club. I filled out a contact form on their website today as well, letting them know I would be filing this complaint. It should NOT be this difficult to update one's account.

    I and my sister joined this gym together on 8/1/2017...we signed different agreements and used different credit cards. My sister had to quit because of health reasons...they stopped her charges and supposedly canceled her membership. Without any notice to me from the gym and without my sister name on my membership they started charging my credit card for her and my membership since October 2017. I had no idea they were charging my account until one of their trainers told me they were because they never sent any kind of correspondence to me regarding the Xtra charges. Anytime I renewed or when they contacted me because my card expired...****** ****** name is not listed under my account. ABC Fitness Sent emails that were meant for ****** to me. With ******** name to my email address. I thought that what they were charging me was going rate since they have been charging me that amount almost since the beginning of my membership. ABC Fitness and Miami Athletic Club has done nothing to resolve this issue but give me the run around

    We value our customers and both accounts have been canceled.  I apologize but, I can not refund any money unless I have proof of a cancellation.  Our Club and ABC Fitness Solutions our account management company shows no record of cancellation Prior to 2023.

    I fulfilled my 2 year contract and have no intentions of renewing. Now they want me to pay $50 in cancellation fees, even though I fulfilled my contract. I am not happy
