    I purchased the Body Boss program several years ago and received the Ultimate Body print version and access to the online version from Body Boss. A few years after that, I was informed that the online platform was changed/updated but that I could still gain access. The login/password information I created, when I try to log in, it tells me that it is incorrect. So, I requested to change my password through the online platform several times over the last few weeks and have NEVER received the email to reset it. I would like to continue to use it but it doesn't help that I cannot access to it. All I request is that I am given a password reset option.

    I purchased a BodyBoss 2.0, extra Boss Bands and an extended warranty on March 3, 2023 using my Paypal account (total amount US$211.88). I received an immediate response with the order number ******. I am able to track the order using the Shop app. The order is confirmed but has yet to be processed or shipped. I have contacted the company directly and received an automated reply which mentions gym closing down. Unfortunately, upon reading this, I did some more digging and realized that this company does not have any active presence on the internet past 2020. The CEO still seems to be using LinkedIn to post, however. I am making a complaint for the non-completion of this order, two months later.

    I ordered their gym over a week ago, and I did not do enough research, as I see now that all of their social media accounts are inactive and thousands of complaints have been made online, including comments in their own social media posts about the company taking their money but never sending out the product. I ordered 7 days ago, noticed all the issues, contacted them, and even their form email reply says they have a backorder due to "gyms being closed." Obviously, a company sending out a 2 year old form letter reply is not one that is still in operation, or if they are they're running a scam.

    I have disputed the charge with ****** and hopefully they will take away this merchant's access to ****** merchant services- this would have saved me from ever spending money with them in the first place, so ****** is partly at fault here as well for not removing merchant access to company's who are clearly no longer in business.
