    Description:
    12232022csHBE: Constituent states she paid $85.00 for incomplete assessment on furnace on
    December 13, 2022. Last spoke on 12/23/2022.
    122922csBP - Provider still continues to refuse to serve constituent on the basis that she is not the
    homeowner, and that "she is calling too much." They have called her claims frivolous, although her
    home has been completely without heat through the blizzard. She spoke to the county auditor and their
    assessment was that constituent has the legal rights of a homeowner. She also consulted her lawyer,
    who drew the same conclusion.
