    Nick, the owner of the company charged quite a lot of money for a vinyl fence for my backyard. Once the job was done and he took my money, he was very irritated and rude to come back out to touch up a few areas of concern. This is after he told me there was at least a year warranty on the product. He talked down to me and told me that I could move panels of the fence with my finger which was absolutely not the case as there was a large gap between the panels in more than one place. As a female single home owner, I felt that he took advantage of me by over charging me and then talking to me in a very disrespectful and unfair manner. In fact, after he came out to fix only one problem, he refuses to take any of my calls and will not accept any further business from me. I wanted to add on a section to the fence by which he will not discuss with me. All because he did not like coming out to fix a problem that his crew did not address at the time of installation. If I were a man, would I have been treated with this same disrespect? I have never been treated so poorly by any company after spending a substantial amount of money for a project/job. I’m now wondering who and how to get maintenance done on my fence, who to call for service because I want it all to match. I’m highly disappointed wishing I never did business with this money grubbing, male chauvinist!
