      We hired Mount Wells to replace pressure pump. Upon their arrival the weather was wet, cold, and rainy. As a result of this our grass and ground was wet and soft so they weren't able to back their truck up to the well. But before realizing that they tried and that result ended up with us having huge ruts in our front yard by our cars (where we park). I called to see if they would smooth those over and ended up in a very bad conversation with the owner Todd Mount. He was very unprofessional and offered a resolution of sending one of his men over and would charge us for the damage "they" did to our grass and yard!!
      I was completely taken aback by this!!!
      Why would you charge us for fixing a mistake your employees did??
      He was extremely rude, confrontational, belligerent, and extremely unapologetic for the way his employees left our front yard and absolutely unwilling to resolve the problem!! He took no responsibility or accountability for his employees causing such damage to our front yard even after I sent pictures.
      We have a 3 year warranty and I hope and pray nothing happens with our pump because I/we will NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN!! I hope no one has to encounter this man because his lack of professionalism is quite up there on my list of people/companies I will never do business with again. Do your research before hiring this company!
