BBB’s investigation found that Makeupconnection.com operates as an online retailer offering a variety of cosmetics and skincare products. It appears that Paul Monea, who is connected to Makeupconnection.com, was a producer of infomercials for the Alexis Vogel brand, and Makeupconnection.com may be selling similar or identical products under a new name.
Multiple attempts to reach the business for updated information have been unsuccessful. BBB uncovered several consumer reports suggesting significant issues, including delayed orders, unfulfilled product shipments, and poor customer service. Reviews and complaints also raised concerns about product quality and discrepancies between the advertised and received cosmetics, as well as unprocessed refunds. The business’s social media activity ceased in 2022, and while the website remains active and is accepting orders, there has been little communication regarding customer concerns.
Furthermore, BBB has been unable to confirm the current operations or financial standing of the business. As of the most recent investigation, BBB has not received updated or sufficient information from the business. If you're considering purchasing from Makeup Connection, it may be beneficial to review customer feedback and possibly contact the company directly to address any concerns before placing an order.”

3.Confirmation on whether the business is still operational
4.Information regarding delivery, return and refund policies
5.Response to the (1) unanswered complaint
BBB has also requested any other relevant information that would help clarify the business operations.
