      Disappointed to have a member of their staff share my information with my husband. Advised Tim of the situation and an hour later the staff person emailed all of my account information - account number and balance to my husband. Again, advised Tim and not only did I not receive an apology or a solution to the situation, but the staff person called my husband to complain that he had been reprimanded by Tim. I am no longer a client.

      Overall, our experiences working with Laura, Tim and their team have been positive and worthwhile. The two work well as a team - their respective industry knowledge and individual strengths complement one another.
      We appreciate their approach to enganging with us, the client. They are professional, personable and transparent - no hidden agendas. We believe that their advice/recommedations are always in our best interest.
      Willingly recommend their services with friends and family.

      Professional, knowledgeable, honest, ethical, diligent, conscientious, kind, and excellent listeners . Communication is no problem as they explain with clarity and make sure we are comfortable with our decisions. Our best interest is their primary concern, and planning our future became much less stressful the minute we walked through the door. Feeling much safer and secure than we ever have. Perhaps best of all is that they are all lovely people we enjoy seeing and talking with.
