**** ****** did a great job presenting 2024 Carnival to us. Very happy with the purchase, felt like I got a good deal on trade in , wasn’t pushed into anything extra that I wasn’t interested in. This is my second car purchased from Coughlin KIA , and both times **** ****** did a great job. Highly recommend **** and the dealership. ** *******Coughlin Automotive Group

1 starThe service department lacks terribly. We bought a brand new K5 GT line there and we have had several electrical issues with it already and when you call to get into service, they want to schedule you out for weeks. You have to be nasty to get things taken care of sooner. Tens of thousands spent on a vehicle and they do not care about the service because they already have your money. We were told the service department was excellent. That has not been the case. I would have never bought the car there had I known the trouble we would have. I ordered a Santa Fe hybrid through Coughlin. The hybrid vehicles were not in inventory anywhere in central Ohio and I was forewarned of a wait. ***** notified me when the vehicle arrived at the Heath location. ***** and ***** made the sale easy and as painless as buying a new vehicle can be. Great overall customer service from Barbie W****** We started with the ordering process and she kept us in the loop as to when we could get it ordered to keeping us updated on the status of our order. No matter the obstacle she was there with a positive attitude and a voice of reassurance that our vehicle would arrive and be all that we wanted it to be. She did not let us down. Her dedication to working with us on the paper work and putting the extra time and effort for that to be seamless was over and above as well.
