  We shopped a handful of bathroom remodeling companies, and JmJ Construction had the most reasonable price, best communication and multiple visits. ******************* did a wonderful job remodeling our very old bathroom. We recommend JmJ to other owners of older houses!

  I initially wanted to just get new counter tops for my kitchen but then decided to get new lovely white cabinets. I contacted ******* at Glass City ************** and he referred me to Bill at JmJ Construction. He came out and we went over everything. He was down to earth, prompt and honest. I thought he was going to do the job but he had other workers. Turned out that I was now getting my entire kitchen remolded. It was a different experience for such an old house but **** instructed me on everything as well as coordinating everything. There were a few small miscommunications but that could be expected when dealing with different companies. I didn't have any worries because **** took care of everything. I continued to be impressed. After the kitchen project was completed, I then needed a roof and ceiling repair. JmJ did that as well. Since this is an older dwelling, I think of many more projects that will be beneficial for my living, granted it does cost a lot of money to do such things but it was a very good thing to be referred to a company that has the customer's best interest at heart. I really appreciated Bill. Going forward, I currently have a few more projects lined up from his observations that I didn't even think of. Thank you so much ****/JmJ Constructions. And of course I definitely will recommend for any home remodels.

  Poor customer service
  Poor communication
  Tracked dirt on to my new carpeting
  Doesn’t use boot covers or any cover up to the customers home
  Missed appointments
  For a $30,000 project I would expect to be left with a great feeling, I choose your company out of all the home improvement companies could have went with. After about five months since the project has finished, I have a very negative impression.

  Unfortunately, there were numerous manufacturer delays and manufacturer mis orders that were reordered by the factory representatives. We have no control over items that come from the factory incorrectly. As far as the boots on new carpet, this is the first that we are hearing of this. Mr. ******* was very upset at the factory delays and could not understand how they were coming in wrong, as we had the same sentiments. When we finally received the correct glass replacement, Mr. ******* wanted the not pay the balance, and felt he was intitled to a fairly large discount. We settled on a discount for his inconveniences throughout, but never once stated anything about damaged carpeting. It doesn't take 5 months to leave a bad review on all platforms, and especially when we knew nothing about this carpet issue. We would love the photos and the entire documentation which Mr. ******* has, and if needed we would be happy to get a carpet cleaner out if it's determined that we damaged the carpet. We stand by our work, and never once ran from these issues and when we had an update, we reached out. We are sorry that Mr. ******* feels that 5 months after the project has been completed that these issues are now a point of complaint. If the customer would have reached out, we could have handled any issues he had. We are here M-F 9-4 and he has both the office numbers and the project managers numbers.
