      Purchased 10yr warranty 75 gal A O Smith Hot Water Heater. A 6yr warranty unit was installed on 8/16/22. At installation was told supplier did not ship Anode with unit. They would return and install it and add sticker to tank. I paid the agreed price with understanding of future work.

      Twice was told in Aug/Sept Anode was at Supplier and would be installed once they received it.

      Called again in Jan and left message.

      Hello

       

      We did order an extended warranty for this water heater we installed which was not in stock when we installed the new heater at his house.  The new anode rod did finally come into the supply house about on or around 02/07/2023 and I just received it at my shop so I do have it and was going to schedule to install it and I have not had time to call him.  It is on the schedule for the week of 2-20-23 to get it installed.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 

      The Plumbing company contacted me today and came and installed the Anode that increased my warranty to 10 years from 6 years.   Thank you for your help in getting this resolved.

      On 9-8-22 A.All Valley Plumbing was call to replace a wax ring on toilet that was leaking. Plumber that came said I also needed to change the flange. I ok work and was charged $345. Called 2 times next day got busy signal to report toilet sounds louder when flushing. Called 9-13-22 sent same person he said he didn't think it was loud and they don't caulk around bottom of toilets due to bacteria. Called 9-16-22 noticed when letting out bathwater the toilet starts making bubbling noises that NEVER was a problem. Called 9-19 said someone would be here in 2hrs. No one came. Called 9-20, 9-21 said he was taking care of other customers and would call before coming. No show. 9-22 gave company a chance to come on own. NS. 9-23 said the on call guy would come. NS. 9-26 had sister called while I listened. Wrote down what was not true. Came by later said he'll be there next day himself to fix problem. Never showed/called. 9-27 called again said he didn't like giving people a set time. Said he would call still hasn't. I've given him a week of me not contacting him. Still no response. He knows his plumber probably knocked something loose or cracked something and he doesn't want to own up to it. I called to have a leak fixed and now I have a toilet flushing louder and sounding like a sludge pipe bubbling when bathwater is being let out of tub. At this point I would rather have a refund on the work they did because now I don't trust them to do any more work in my house and have to find a plumber to fix whatever they messed up. It could be a busted/cracked pipe under the floor leaking each time I flush. Also he put shims under the toilet so now there's a gap where anything can roll underneath and be there forever. Not to mention spills. Not good .
