      Purchased a table top bottle filler for my winery. Opened it up on 12/11/23 directly from the shipping box. The product was defective out of the box. I contacted the seller. via email and voice mail. A ************************* emailed me that they wanted a video and would contact the manufacturer for warranty work. This machine was defective from day 1. I asked for a shipping label to return the machine and receive a full credit. I was promised a shipping label by the end of the day and have received nothing. Their customer service is horrible and they do not stand by their products they sell. I need this machine to bottle wine that is ready to bottle and sell my product to my customers. I can not afford to wait for a someday contact. All I am asking for is a prepaid shipping label to return this machine and a full credit for a defective machine
