      Well, I started receiving a magazine called Sports Illustrated and its like the 3rd one I've received at my mailing address, well I called Sports directly and they said they didn't sign me up, that someone else did, then they gave me the number who they said then I called that, but that place said they didn't, so they gave me the number 732-893-2654, so I called it and was speaking with someone, the number says New Jersey, but there name I put on here is saying Ohio, anyways I ask them why did they sign me up and when I was asking questions the woman was getting rude, she said she stopped the service, but I don't believe her cause she hung up on me, but I called back and got a different woman then I told her what was going on, and then she asks my name then says she can't find me but the other woman did, so I start asking questions on who they are and trying to figure out why I was signed up for the magazine I don't want or signed up for cause I'm not paying for something in the future if I didn't do, she gets rude and hangs up on me too, so I called back then someone hands up on me, so I keep calling back like 10 11 times then to finally get someone on the phone and its the same woman as when I called the 2nd time, I just wanted to know if the magazine will be stopped

      and foremost, we are a very professional company and would never stand for this
      type of practice in any of our departments.

      After a
      thorough investigation, we have been unable to locate an order for Mr. *****.
      It is possible that he placed his order with another company.  Mr. *****
      should have some type of paperwork that would include a company name, address,
      and telephone number.  We do not have an office in New Jersey and are not
      affiliated with the telephone number Mr. ***** provided.

      Customer
      service is very important to us. We feel certain that if Mr. ***** spoke with
      our customer service staff, they would have handled his concerns promptly and
      professionally.

      I am the designated accountant for my son's business. The name is ********** ****** Care and I am trying to cancel the subscription for magazines delivered to our office. I have tried numerous times to call the number on our business credit card and no one is EVER available. I plan on disputing this with credit card company. Would be nice if someone would respond. They are not shy about auto charging each and every month.

      I am receipt of the complaint filed and appreciate the opportunity to respond. Family Readers Service has merged with United Readers Service and had some issues with phone number porting. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. We will cancel the account for ********** ****** Care immediately.
