same as other reviews below. They got my son's name from somewhere and started sending GQ magazine. Called AGQ, told to call National Publishers Exchange. NPE told me they would cancel, but I had to call Family Readers Service to see how they got our name. Family Readers Service said it had to be because my son signed up somewhere for a promotion. First, my son does not, and has never lived with me at this address. And he is an adult and has not used his childhood nickname for many years. Hopefully will not get any bill for this as they assured me I would not, but I will keep checking accounts to be certain.

I'm receiving a magazine I did not subscribe to and even worse it's a kids mag in which I do not have any kids ! I called Sports Illustrated for Kids and they told me it was through National Publisher's Exchange . I called them and they said they could cancel the subscription for me but said it was done through Family Readers Service and that took me to a voicemail to leave my name and number for them to get back to me . I'm not understanding how they're automatically signing people up for magazines and then we have to trace it and maybe someone will call us back . This just feels like a scam . I did not subscribe to any magazines and now worried about bank account if something will show up and how ect. So I'm waiting on a call from Family Readers Service whenever that will be.

After receiving Vanity Fair, which I did not order, I called VF to unerstand why. They told me they had nothing to do with ordering or billing, but that I needed to call National Publishing Exchange and gave me their number. I called them, and they told me they had nothing to do with ordering and billing, but that I needed to call Family Readers and gave me their number. I called them, and they don't answer their phone. They ask that you leave your number a d they'll call you. There is nothing worse in customer service than not answering your phone to customers. So nothing is resolved for me.
