    I hired Caserta Home Contracting when buying a new home. He was great at giving estimates and said repairs would be done the weekend I moved into my home. That was the weekend of 7/29/22. He was to replace a recalled electrical panel, Remove and replace a bathtub, and seal some cracks that may allow some water intrusion into my home. The work did not start till weeks later on 8/15/22. The "electrician" and owner **** ******* showed up at 5pm. By 7:30pm they said they were almost done and by 8:30pm they said they bought the wrong breakers and would have to return the next day. They said the store opened at 7am and would be to my home soon after I called at noon just to see how things were going and found out that they had not even been to my house yet. Some Power was restored later that day but they left appliances not working. It took them a week to figure out that they had ran 240 to my appliances instead of the 120 they needed. After that there are still several wall outlets not working. Neither **** or electrician can figure out why.
    My bath tub was never replaced. **** suggested that we try to have it repainted and that it would look brand new if we did. I said as long as looks new I'm ok with it. I spoke to the person that showed up to do the work, He said they would sand and refill the rust, The drain ring would be removed and the rust would be sanded and filled. Tub would look brand new. After getting home it looks like they painted over the rust and drain ring. I also have some hardware missing.
    None of the water intrusion repairs were done. My basement now has water in it.
    I spent 3 days waiting on anyone to show and start scheduled work on my home without anyone showing. it seems they only show when they want.
