      I placed a morning call to Wilson, as a first time customer, following a ******************** problem that caused the need to close the main water valve to my home. The technician arrived promptly and was polite and professional. He clearly explained all available options. I will continue to due plumbing and HVAC with Wilson.

      Do not use Wilson Plumbing! Charged me $550 to repair a toilet ******. It took the plumber 1/2 hour to fix. Wax Ring $5. Toilet ****** $10. Called to talk to talk to the owner. Nothing done. Please really review there customer feedback. I dont want anybody else taken advantage of like I was and so many others.

We always strive to be as transparent as possible with our work which is why ************** provided our pricing and ensure each and every customer is completely aware of the pricing, warranties and the value before any work is completed. We utilize a flat rate pricing guide instead of charging hourly so their are no surprises once the work is complete when using time and material pricing. If you wouldn't mind giving us a call at ************** at your earliest convenience, it would be greatly appreciated. We look forward to speaking with you and working towards earning your business back.

      I left my information for the owner to return my phone call no response and was told by your receptionist ****** I was wasting my time that nothing would be done. What your company isnt upfront about is the time it would have taken to complete the job and the only $15 in materials that it took to complete the job. If I would have known it would have only taken a 1/2 hour to complete the job I never would have paid $550! In reading other reviews by your customers this is a common practice by your company. I am also researching to see if the plumber you sent out to my residence was licensed.
